Melalui teks procedure yang ditampilkan melalui PPT, peserta didik dapat menemukan informasi spesifik
mengenai fungsi social, struktur teks, dan unsur kebahasaan tentang resep makanan/minuman dengan tepat (C4).
Read the following paragraph and answer the questions correctly.
To make Indonesia rice flour porridge, you need 100 grams rice flour, 500 ml thick coconut milk, 1 piece of
pandan leaf tied knot. You also need 100 gr palm sugar, 50 gr sugar, 3 or 5 pieces of jackfruit, 250 ml water, and 1
piece of pandan leaf cut in piece. First, mix the rice flour with 250 ml coconut milk and salt. Then, boil the other half of
the coconut milk together with the pandan leaf on a saucepan. After that, pour the rice flour batter into the boiled
coconut milk. Adjust the heat to medium. Continue to cook and stir until it bubbles. Lift and let it cool. For the sauce,
put all the ingredients except jackfruit in a saucepan. Simmer and stir occasionally until the sauce become thick. Add
the jackfruit and cook shortly for about 2 minutes. Lift. Serve the porridge with the sauce.
