How does this relate to your

knowledge of child and
adolescent development/ How
does this relate to your
knowledge of facilitating

It was said that the environment

of a child affects a lot to his
development. When taking into
this kind of stage, this is the very
crucial level on which what the
child experiences be can bore
within his life. What environment

FS 1 [THE LEARNER’S DEVELOPMENT AND

ENVIRONMENT] My Reflection
1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed? Why? Why not?

Yes. The school had indeed good facilities, and if it happened that the school
has not, I will not change my decision because student that schooling in a
public schools need more attention to guide their educational experiences. I
have seen that it is hard for them to study on that kind of environment but their
perseverance to learn had catch my attention so much.

2. What kind of school campus is conducive to learning?

The school campus that is conducive for learning must have a complete, good and
operating facilities. There must have also no pollution, clean and well-organized
amenities which can able to enhance students learning process without any
hindrances from its environment.

3. What kind of school classroom is conducive to learning?

A conducive for learning classroom must be clean, free from pollution, properly
ventilated and has a complete facilities. Facilities involved aircon, microphone
with bass and comfort room. The floor must also be tiled.

4. In the future, how can you accomplish your answer in number 3?

Being a good teacher someday, I can accomplish my answer in number 3 by

seeking a financial aid to our politicians. I can also avoid corruption within the
students funds because the students pur pose in sending their selves in school is
just to learn and not being bribed by any financial entity.

5. Write you additional learning insights here.

Learning can be motivated. Thus, the environment of the school campus has an
important role in motivating the students learning. How could any student study
well if their rooms are sultry? Then, it is my opinion to say that the learner’s
environment can affect the learner’s learning deve lopment.

My Personal Illustration of an Effective
School Environment

Effective School
The effective school must possess these kinds of aspects. These involve stimulating
and secure learning environment on which the child are free from any harm of murder
or accident. Professional leadership must also take place because the learners always
depend to what the teacher instructs. Focus on teaching and learning are some point
that should have to take into consideration, too. There should have a purposeful
teaching, shared vision and goals, high expectations of all learners, accountability and
learning communities.
