1. For 20, 40, 45 dry & HC containers Free time detention of 5 days. For reefers, open top and flat rack free time detention of 3 days.
2. Per Customs Rules and to issue timely bill of lading, final and correct shipping instructions must be received at time of CY closing. Where CY closing is later than 17:00
hrs, shipping instructions must be submitted latest at 17:00 hrs. Due to strict U.S. Customs Rules (C-TPAT), late submission can cause severe cargo delay at transhipment

port and may lead to costly inspections and fines.


3. Late B/L pick up fee IDR 1.000.000 per B/L per week will be charged for each B/L that is picked up later than one week after vessel departure.

VGM must be submitted by customer via one of below channel latest ETD-2 17:00 local time. For vessel that departs on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday VGM must be submitted
latest Friday 17:00 local time, otherwise it will put your shipment on risk of shut out.

All obligations of the Carrier in relation to the Carriage, including loading a container and issuing a bill of lading, are subject at all times to all parties under the definition of Merchant being acceptable to
the Carrier. The Merchant shall be liable for and indemnify the Carrier against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, delays, attorney fees and/or expenses, and additional Freight incurred as a
result of the Merchant nominating a party not acceptable to the Carrier.
