examination. Kaori has produced the text shown in Fig. 10.1. Her teacher has reviewed the project
and thinks the layout of the document could be improved. Kaori has produced an improved version
shown in Fig. 10.2.

c)When Kaori has completed the project, she notices that on one of the pages the last line of the

8) A report has been produced that shows the male gold medal winners from the past three
Olympic Games. Write down six of the formatting features that have been used in the report.

9) The cricket club are designing a poster to publicise a match against a New Zealand XI. They
have produced the following poster. The space available for the image is 1.3 cm high by 1 cm
wide and the image is currently 26 cm high by 16 cm wide.

The image on the right is to be used in the poster but it is too large. Describe how to edit the image,
without cropping, to fit into the space in the poster.[3]
