Our mission on this project is to digitize the births and deaths registration process through
an application form. An online form can be created to make the registration process much
easier. This project helps digitize the offline government process in a well suited manner.
The digitization of this government process helps the common people as well as the
government as a whole by providing features of storing the data digitally and more
securely. Moreover, accessing the individual data is much easier and it could be easily
used in other government services.
1 INTRODUCTION
1.2 BACKGROUND
This report aims to provide the digital solution of registering the births and deaths
of the citizens. It starts by identifying with the current problem and tries to
suggest the best solution to overcome it. The proposed solution improves
efficiency and effectiveness and saves costs. The driving force can also be public
demand for online services and information that increase democratic participation,
accountability, transparency, and the quality and speed of services.

Features:

3. GOVERNANCE PROBLEM ANALYSIS AND SOLUTION
Citizens need to wait for a long time in a queue for the registration process. Data
accuracy is not guaranteed in offline registration. There is an extra overhead of
form charges for both the government and citizens. There is always a chance of
corruption among the government employees in the registration offices. The
database is poorly maintained and can suffer from physical damage.
3.2 SOLUTION:
The process of online registration is fast and simple for the citizens since it
supports real time registration and is intuitive. The online form validation process
checks for data inconsistency and reports it to the citizen. No charge is required
for the form registration for the citizen since the form is entirely paperless. There
is no chance of corruption in an online registration process since the middleman is
entirely removed from the equation. The database server is cloud based and
securely stored.

4. SOLUTION MODEL
The registration application uses a web based application which basically prompts the
citizen to enter the details in the form fields. The data from the online form can be sent at
the time of being collected and can be reviewed and analyzed immediately.

5. CONCLUSION
This UI application provides a digital registration process of birth and death of the
citizens. It makes the entire process online where users can register the birth and death of
the citizens. Hence, it will be easier to connect with the government through this
application. Moreover, this application saves citizen’s time and money. Hence, this
application provides the digital solution of registering the births and deaths of the
citizens.
