B. Answer the questions below. (15 points)

1. As pre-service teacher, what is your leadership style? Why?

All day, teachers are leaders. They provide a good example by how they act, speak, and
conduct. They guide their students through demanding learning activities and challenging tasks.
They then assume additional teacher leadership duties both inside and outside of the classroom.
Activities, events, and extracurricular programs are what foster a strong school culture, and they
frequently necessitate additional leadership from teachers. Endless academic and social chances
for pupils gain from teacher initiative and leadership talents throughout schools. Leadership style
is essential inside and outside the classroom but as a pre-service teacher the best leadership for
me is democratic leadership. Democratic leadership is about believing students, parents, and the
community have a voice. Using this leadership style, I can ensure that everyone is given the
opportunity to engage, that ideas are openly exchanged, and that conversation is promoted. While
the democratic process emphasizes group equality and the free flow of ideas, the group leader is
still present to provide guidance and control. The democratic leadership style can be one of the
most effective styles of leadership. This leadership style encourages collaboration and
encouragement of followers. As a democratic leader, I share decision-making and problem-
solving responsibilities with my students, parents, and the entire organization, while keeping final
say in the final conclusion. This is my preferred leadership style since it stimulates team
involvement, engagement, and participation. Each member's preferred performance style is
recognized and respected. Democratic environments leaders frequently produce followers with
high morale who are more motivated to generate and give new solutions, resulting in a
cooperative and team-like attitude.

2. What type of school leader you want to be? Why?

Like the other's dream, I want to build my own school and become the the type of school
leader I aspire to be, a President/ School Director of the organization. I want to run a school
organization that promotes all of the positive qualities that you want to attribute to not only the
school but also the teachers, school leaders, parents, and, of course, all of the students who
attended my school. I want to make sure that the students get the most out of their education. I
want to experience to become a leader someday who will manage, guide and inspire them to be a
better version of them selves. I don't want to just to ba called a mere director of the school but a
mother who have it's heart and mind for the betterment of her family and children. I have the
wide vision and mission for the future. Managing a school and being a director may not be an
easy position but through the process of organizing and having harmonious relationship with its
member of the organization everything will work on. Just also be a democratic leader who will
listen and believe on the voice of its' students, parents and the community.

For the time being, though, I want to focus on achieving or fulfilling that desire that's why
I need to graduate from my course, pass the licensure exam, keep on learning and studying
diligently to get my master's degree, and work hard for my awaiting success someday.
