Anova Magadapa

1) The document presents the results of a one-way ANOVA comparing teaching performance across different levels of educational attainment (bachelor's degree, bachelor's degree with additional units, master's degree, master's degree with PhD units, doctoral degree). 2) Descriptive statistics show the mean teaching performance scores for each group ranged from 2.33 to 3.50 out of 5. 3) The one-way ANOVA results showed no significant difference in teaching performance across the different levels of educational attainment, F(4, 25) = 0.756, p > .05.

b. The group sizes are unequal. The harmonic mean of the group sizes is used. Type I error levels are not guaranteed.

D. INTERPRETATION
A researcher is interested in whether teacher’s educational attainment (bachelor’s degree,
bachelor’s degree with MA units, master’s degree, master’s degree with PhD units, doctoral degree)
differ in relation to their teaching performance.

E. Result:
The mean levels of teaching performance were compared between their educational attainment
(bachelor’s degree, bachelor’s degree with MA units, master’s degree, master’s degree with PhD
units, doctoral degree). The mean levels of teaching performance were 3.50 (SD=.707) for bachelor’s
degree, 3.00 (SD= 1.00) for bachelor’s degree with MA units, 3.13 (SD=1.64) for master’s degree,
2.33 (SD=1.32) for master’s degree with PhD units, 3.38 (SD=1.30) for doctoral degree.
An independent samples one-way analysis of variance showed that there is no significant
difference between the teaching performance across their educational attainment F (4, 25)= .756, p
<.001.
