Performance Evaluation Rating Guide

This document contains a performance evaluation rating guide for a student teacher completing their Field Study 1 at the Bulacan State University Teacher Education Department in the Philippines. DIRECTION: This rating scale is a guide in determining the growth of the student teacher and is
helping to enhance his/her improvement. Please put a check inside the box which you honestly
believe represents the student teacher’s performance in each analysis item.

2.6 Uses evaluation techniques and instruments; identifies students’
progress; institutes remedial measures.
INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS
3. Uses a variety of instructional materials and proper references; Utilizes
appropriate teaching aids and devices and a variety of well-planned
techniques.

4.1 Shows enthusiasm for teaching.
