"EHS" CHECKS :( To be checked by security) 13 Emergency PPE kit available. ( Items: PVC SUIT with HOOD, Half Face Mask, Gumboot, PVC Gloves, Goggle) First-aid kit available. ( Items: Bandage, Cotton, Savalon, Betadine Ointment, Seiser,Ointment for external use, Band Aid ) The vehicle is self started as checked at the gate Body free of defects (dent, corrosion),Body Paint Is in Good Condition, Tyres are in satisfactory condition. Unloading valve well within the body built structure ( atleast 10" ) & protected by cover, blind is fixed Flange type connection is available. No oil leakage from vehicle For acid tankers, PP/PVC hose pipe available in the vent pipe Spark arrestor available / provided Proper Ladder for approach at top of the tanker is available No leakage from manhole cover, valve or fittings after filling The unloading valve with blind is fixed after filling. Declaration by Process department: I personally have checked and verified that the above mentioned vehicle no. is not having any kind of leakage from valves, tanker body , manhole , vent pipe and the material is filled up to safe level for transportation.
