2.4.1. Method
Clean TCC machine & pole mounted box from inside with a non-detergent soap/portable blower.
Check ATCC pole erected straight & base screws are tightened.
Check Loop/piezo sensor insulation with using multi meter, Loop/piezo sensor impedance with using
multi meter; check all loop continuity with using multi meter.
Check loop/piezo sensor’s installed road slots, if any road crack recognize, thus refill instantaneously
with using sealant or hard bitumen.
Physically verified the vehicle classification at TCC display,1-hour real time monitoring of every lane’s
passing vehicle
Remove the dust inside of the cabinet (scraps, etc…). Check for:
all screws and nuts have been tightened firmly,
all pivot points not loose,
all wires are firmly connected to their respective terminal blocks.

All sensor & data logger, card boxes/unit mounted delicately at respective location, check all
screw are tightened.
Blow rust, sand and other particles with vacuum cleaner from inside the MET cables termination
box.
Realign the sensor if any sensor’s alignment not appropriate.
Check all sensors’ reading locally in laptop with using MET application.
Check road sensor’s physical conditions, all feeder cable & sensor cable condition.
