1. Select “S2-TS Model” and Go to Manage-Convert IFC Objects

Create & Modify Part Objects

1. Select Element Type (Column/ Beam etc)

Model Footings and Columns (Exercise – 03)
1. From ribbon, under Concrete tab, Click Footing
2. Under Footing properties, change;
Profile size = 2000*2000
Position ; Top = 400, Bottom = -1500

3. Place Footing in the position marked in Picture


4. From ribbon, under Steel tab, Click Column
5. Under Column properties, change;
Profile = UC203*203*71
Position ; Top = 6400, Bottom = 400

6. Place Column in the position marked in ref drawing


on top of footing
7. Use Copy tool – Right click to copy both Footing & Column

Model Beams (Exercise – 04)
1. From ribbon, under Steel tab, Click Beam
2. Under Beam properties, change;
Profile = UB305*165*46

3. First Place Beam in the top of Column


4. Then Right click to Move beam down by -2290
5. Copy Beam to other positions

Model Slab (Exercise – 05)
1. From ribbon, under Concrete tab, Click Slab
2. Under Slab properties, change;
Thickness = 600

3. Place Slab as per Picture
