A. ACTIVITY
Before anything else, I want to group you into 2.
Column A together and column B together and let
us play a short game. The instruction are as
follows:

 I will flash a picture with corresponding

 Each group will try to arrange the letters
and come up with an answer
 Only the first person to raise their hand
shall have the authority to answer.
 If his/her answer is correct, his/her group
will be having point/s depending on each
item but, if he/she answered wrong, then

stands for FREQUENCY. What is frequency? Frequency refers on how often you involve
yourself in regular physical activity or
exercise.

That’s right. here is an example of frequency

How about the first T? The TIME. Time refers to how long you should engage
in a specific physical activity.

 Increases energy level and serotonin
in the brain
 Boosts mental functions
 Improves moods and relaxes the body
 Promotes good concentration and
improves grades in school.
D. Application
INSTRUCTION: Divide the class into 5 groups
and let each group do the following:
 Search for a tabata exercise in YouTube
app.
 Try to create or copy the tabata exercise
program that you like.
 Download a minimum of 4 minutes and a
maximum of 5 minutes tabata exercise
music.
 Perform your chosen tabata exercise
program in the class.
