Good morning and welcome to the Misamis University Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants Year

End General Assembly for the Fed year 2020-2021.

I am encouraging everyone to pls invite your classmates to enter our virtual meeting room because we
will start in a few minutes.

While waiting for others, please check your nicknames by following the format sent in the chat box,
lastname_course and year.

Before we formally start the program, let’s have an energy check first. We have prepared an ice breaker

Good morning (attendees) ! This is Jadesheen Aporbo, your host for this morning. I know everyone is
excited to witness our talented JPIAns and ofcourse hear inspiring messages from our guest speakers.
But before that, let us put ourselves in the presence of the Lord as we sing the invocation and the
Philippine National Anthem to be followed by the JPIA hymn via multimedia presentation.

Thank you so much media team headed by our Vice President for Media, Mr. Luther Tibudan and
assisted by Mr. Edven Leo Dela Pena. At this juncture, let us hear from Mr. Joey Hingco, our Vice
President for Communication, for his opening remarks. A virtual applause pls.

Thank you for that warm welcome Mr. Hingco. Don’t leave because we still have a lot on our program
list. Now, let us witness our talented 2 nd year JPIAns for their intermission number. Lets watch this!

Wow! What an entertaining presentation from our sophies! Thank you so much talented JPIAns! Here
with us this morning is our Vice President for Finance, Ms. Jenelyn Libor for the presentation of Financial
Reports. A virtual applause please.

Wow na wow! Pak ganern! Magaling nanga sa Accounting, super talented pa! Well, the long wait is over
because we right at this moment, we will hear an inspiring message from our very own dean of the
college of business and management, Dr. Efren J. Barillo. A virtual round of applause for him please!

Thank you so much Doc Dean. I agree (chika). To present to us the details about our upcoming qualifying
exam, may I call on our JPIA Adviser, Mrs. Rosemarie Duhaylungsod. A virtual applause please.

General assembly is also a perfect time to recognize the efforts of our Local Chapter Executive Officers
and to give certificates to our enthusiastic participants of the Show Off JPIA held last September 21-27,
2020. To give the certificates, we have Ms. Jashrim Enerio.
