Reflect
What insights have you gained while doing this learning episode?
Doing this episode, I have remembered my all teachers from elementary, high school
and in college. Where, I realized now that all routines and procedures they employ to us is
very important in order to maintain the good flow of the class and good behavior. So, as a
future teacher while thinking this routines and procedures that I employ in my class. I learned
that I need to think deeper, know what expectation should I have to my students for that I can
develop appropriate routines and procedure to the class. Also, delivering this routines and
procedures to class I need to ensure that they know and clear to them so I can teach them how
to do it. In this way, day by day they can practice them in their own but I need to observe
them strictly, where at the end of the day I can correct those who didn't do it proper. In
addition I realized that having a brainstorming in my students they can contribute to have
effective routines and procedure on their behavior because they feel there ideas are matter in
the class.
OBSERVE
Building relationships with students is the most effective way for teachers to avoid
classroom management issues. When students have relationship with their teacher, they are
less likely to act out. So, get to know your students

Work on my Artifacts
Take some snapshots of your routines down in the the classroom procedures or in
remote learning and tell something about them. You may also write down the procedures you
have formulated and explain the reasons for these.
PROCEDURE
Entering the meeting: arrive 5 minutes before the class begins; enter the meeting room
quietly; always greet teachers and classmate.
Submitting assignment/activities: submit on time if not inform your teacher; don't forget to
write your complete name, section, rating, and date on the top of your paper right and left
side; and send it on the respective room in Google classroom.
Before the class: prepare your finish assignments; prepare your own prayer if your teachers
call your name you're prepared; listen to what teacher says in the meeting.
During discussion: Always open your camera, off your microphone; listen attentively;
Participate on the class like answering questions of the teacher.
Asking/Answering Question: send message to the comment box or click the hand sign; or
you can open your microphone.
Leaving the Meeting: ask for permission or inform your teacher to leave especially if there
is having emergency or technical problem.
Ending the class Meeting: wait for the signal of your teacher (it might have announcement);
open your camera for documentation; always say goodbye and thank you.
These are my procedure I have formulated for my class in a remote learning. Where
the reason for this is to maintain the good flow of every meeting we have and to ensure that
my learners know what they need to do in the class. Also, I want to learn my learners to be
responsible and a disciplined individual.
