Netflix as in Netflix, Inc. founded by Reed Hastings and Marc Rudolph is known for the video
streaming as in movies, documentaries and tv series services. It is headquartered in Los Gatos,
California, US. The users of Netflix can stream videos via internet in different countries but with
some allowances. Users can browse unlimited series or movies just on one platform. They
allowed the online subscription in the year 1999. With that user can subscribe and chose the
desired movies or shows. Later on, they receive the DVD for that via mail. From mailing the
DVDs till the online video streaming, Netflix has achieved a lot. The audience of Netflix is
growing day by day as it has the highest ranking in media.

companies has come way too far. Netflix being on the highest ranking and trending in the media
industry also struggles as the other streaming companies has followed their lead. Even at this
point, its competitors like Disney and HBO Max diverts a lot of subscriber’s attention for having
the same services and by thinking Netflix to be expensive. Netflix tried to overcome this issue
too.

By having the authority of making decisions, the employees are more likely to be creative in
their tasks and ideas. This thing encourages the employees for motivating to do better work and
