Q1. Enter the following data and save it.

Do the following
(a) Compute the total marks and percentage of each student by entering appropriate formula.
(b) Compute the grades based on following criteria
If percentage >= 90 then grade = A
If percentage >= 80 and <90 then grade = B
If percentage >= 70 and <80 then grade = C
If percentage >= 60 and <70 then grade = D
If percentage < 60 then grade = E

Q2. Prepare a powerpoint presentation with the following slides

 Add a title to your ppt
Slide 2
 Add a Chart
 Insert a Bar Chart
Edit the data
Cell A1 type: Sales Rep Cell B1: Total
Cell A2 type: Alex Cell B2: $3,500
Cell A3 type: Connie Cell B3: $8,310
Cell A4 type: Elizabeth Cell B4: $8,170
Cell A5 type: Niki Cell B5: $13,560
Select Row 1 and Format the cells BOLD
Edit the Chart Range to fit the data (no blank rows or columns)
Format the Chart fill, color, background, add a Legend and Title

 Add a Table
 Insert a Table
Use the same sample data that you entered in the Bar Chart
Change the text alignment to centered
Insert a new column to the left of Column B.
Select and Merge all the cells in Column C.
Type: First Quarter Sales
Change the orientation of the text in Column C to vertical
Format all the slides
 Set theme and background
 Add footer
 Add slide number
 Write some text in the speaker note
 Add animation
o Select Slide Show/Slide Transition. Try out the various transition effects.
o Experiment with Speed and Sound
Select Random Transition and Apply to All slides.
