them for being hardworking and productive.

stored information (ESI) and evidence will be found and revealed. After that, all the
unethical incident done by the company will be shown and discussed with policy and law.

might required to carry large furniture and some of them might carry small furniture. Thus,
the worker who carry heavy and large furniture will have low movement when they are
working. This is affected the workers salary and bonus. For solution, the director of IKEA
should differentiate the stocks with size. After that, it provide difference salary system to the
workers which it will bring fairness to the hardworking workers. Therefore, all the workers
can work happily and motivated. The second problem is that the privacy of worker getting
lesser. Since the company start to track their location, the privacy of worker will be reveal to
the company anytime. The workers might felt uncomfortable to this incident while working.
