Check tightness of conductor fastener screws
Check security of weather proof ferrule
Plug Connection weather proof
Check condition of terminals
Check terminal has not been modified
Lead Check for cuts through outer covering
Check for unauthorized repairs (taped over damage)
Check for exposed conductor leads
Check for weather proof plugs
Check seal to plug
Lead Check for heat, cut or crush damage
Check polarity of conductors
Check continuity of conductors and ground
Check resistance Ohms
Maximum length less than 30.m
Check for damage to casing
Check condition and operation of safety guards
Check operation of on-off switch (dead man safety)
Tool Body Check operation of safety devices
Check condition of terminals
Check condition and security of handle
Check condition of chuck and chuck key
