Tropical Modern Residence is a refreshing
architectural expression of said tropical
atmosphere. Inherent to its modern design is

vegetation achieved with the tactful use of
wide-gauge glass and organic materials like

Design Type : The S|G House was designed as a residence straddling the mountainside. Perched atop a rim overlooking an

EDEN hookah-bar was created as a

stylish conceptual resting-place for
those who love having entertainments
in smoke, meetings with friends, long-
lasting evening gatherings with light
music and easy talks.

The first specific about the project was

limitation in budget – Tridhatu Arch
studio’s generated interior solutions
were restricted with certain numbers
impossible to exceed. This condition set
the selection of different materials,
decoration elements and designs. Metal sets create certain tempo and rhythm of the premises, defining tonality of the whole bar: the space is dynamic but
tranquil, splashy but cozy, ambitious but chamber. Light industrial features of the interior, moderate colour palette with

a coffee house for Executive & Staff

relax time at the Indutrial Park Zone and
this is one where everyone can really get
down to comfortable chit & chat, meet
up and formal meeting. It is intimate
enough to be cozy but not feel like your
conversation topic is broadcast to the
waiting line. Concepted with great
outdoor and garden seating space off a
busy street on the Industrial Park Zone
so everyone with friends and college are
safe out of lock down. The coffee shop
ambience is excellent and comfort.

Our Architect, who designed Champa Villa & Resort,
created luxury HUT camps hidden on a Kutu village in

Bali South Uluwatu. After purchasing more than 1,000
sqm of land at an auction a few years ago, complete with
a wild river, rice fields and jungle forest, he wanted “a
way for this land to stay untamed.” The result is a truly
sustainable solution, with a high-yield, low-impact camp
of 10 HUT inspired by the spirit of greendesign &
natural tropics style. We re-created what owner
envisioned the Balinesse sovereign would have provided
for Onassis’ life-changing experience. Guests can now
enjoy what the owner describes as his most ambitious
project to date and can take heart in the resort’s own
private committed to protecting the private nature
sanctuary.

Industrial Park Masterplan Projects

JATENGLAND Industrial Park Sayung (JIPS) Cluster Development Program is assisting our Architect in exploring the
possibilities to establish a new industrial cluster to leverage economic growth and employment for the remote region
of Sayung at the northern Sea coast of Semarang - Demak. Based on a market study, stakeholder input and the
potential of the project area, an industrial mix was proposed for the cluster. This led to projections of land-use,
numbers of employees and future citizens. A conceptual master plan was drafted for the 300 ha industrial city, and
locations were designed for the residential community, public services and facilities, infrastructure and utilities. A
financial business case completed the pre-feasibility study.

Projects
Urban park planning and design needs to deliver a lot of community benefit from a small amount of space.
Our job as landscape architects and urban planners is to help cities and developers design parks that balance

have significantly different needs of public outdoor spaces than those who live in an apartment. Balancing
space constraints and community needs with the capital budget to build a park often requires creative problem
