    AFFIDAVIT

    I, RUNNY E. EDIANON, of legal age, Filipino, married to Chirivic G. Edianon,


    and a resident of Nebrada Street, Bansalan, Davao del Sur, Philippines, after having
    been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

    1. That I am the same and identical person who caused the execution of this
    affidavit;

    2. That sometime on July 04, 2016, I bought a real estate properties from
    Jimena Lands, Inc. as evidenced by Deed of Absolute Sale identified as Doc
    no. 230; Page no. 46; Book no. LVI; Series of 2016 recorded in the notarial
    register of Atty. Maruli Ali Garcia Sanchez, dated July 04, 2016;

    3. That in the said Deed of Absolute Sale, my personal circumstances


    particularly my place of residence was mistakenly sated as Nebrada St.,
    Bansalan, Digos City, Davao del Sur.

    4. That the place Digos City stated in the said instrument was inadvertently
    entered and was just a mere clerical error;

    5. That my true and correct place of residence is Nebrada Street, Bansalan,


    Davao del Sur, Philippines and NOT Nebrada St., Bansalan, Digos City,
    Davao del Sur;

    6. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest the truth of the foregoing
    facts and to apprise the proper authorities of the same and for whatever legal
    purposes it may serve;

    Further affiant sayeth naught.

    In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this _______________ at Digos


    City, Davao del Sur, Philippines.
