1. In line with the celebration of Scouting Month, Kalinawan Elementary

School will be holding its school-based activities on Thursday and Friday,
November 17-18, 2022 at Kalinawan Elementary School.
November 17, 2022

Sunrise Parade: 6:30 am

Activity and Games:
1:00-3:00 pm (KAB Scout)
2:00 – 4:30 pm (BSP/GSP)

November 18, 2022

Investiture: 2:00-3:30 pm

Awarding for KAB and STAR Scout: 3:30 -4:00

Night Camp ang Awarding for BSP/GSP: 6:00pm-6:00 am

2. The objectives of the joint investiture activities are:

 to welcome the new members KID/ Twinkler, KAB/ Star, Boy
Scout/Junior into the Boy/Girl Scout Family;
 to encourage school children to participate in scouting activities;
 to develop love of country, nature and positive attitudes;
 to enhance, support and develop boys into well- rounded individuals
with exemplary character of scouts; and

 to promote discipline in the conduct of co-curricular activities.

3. Participants in this ceremony are duly registered KID, Twinkler, Star, KAB,
Junior and Boy Scouts who have permitted by their parents to join the
activities. Health and safety protocols will be followed during the conduct
of the activities.

4. Teacher’s attire for the activity is Scouting Uniform Type A or Type B, in

case there is no scouting uniform white polo shirts will do with red-brown
neckerchief for boy scout and white/green neckerchief for girl scout.

5. Attached herewith are the Working Committees and Schedule of Activities.

6. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
