    Job Description – Senior Management Trainee

    Job Title
    GRC Analyst (SMT Cadre)

    Job Location
    Noida/Chennai/Bangalore

    Candidate should be willing to relocate to any HCL and/or Client location


    Candidate should be willing to work as per the project shift timings
    Roles & Responsibility

    • Handling Pre-sales/sales/account management SME role for Governance, Risk & Compliance consulting
    practice
    • Participate in pre-sales activities for responding to client RFPs/RFIs, solution defense and service capability
    presentations to the customers
    • Relationship management with external OEM partners & firms to optimally identify the best possible
    solutions & leverage joint capabilities
    • Part of the GRC delivery engagements and executing advisory & consulting projects around regulatory risk
    & compliances such as SOX ITGC, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, Data Privacy, FFIEC etc.
    • Execute information security assessment, business continuity assessment, risk assessments pertaining to
    client’s IT environment
    • Document policies & procedures meeting the regulatory compliance and risk management requirements
    • Develop knowledge base, re-usable components for GRC advisory services
    • Responsible for development and enhancements of GRC services, team and delivery capabilities.
    • Develop functional/ Business Analyst competency in GRC platforms (design & architecture)
    • Be part of external consortiums to leverage best practices and keep pace with upcoming GRC trends.

    Qualification & Experience (if required)

    MBA/PGDM in below mentioned streams only

    • IT & Systems
    • Telecom
    • Marketing

    It is mandatory for the candidate to have a B.E/B.Tech (IT, Computer Science, Computer Engg. and/or ECM)
    Relevant exposure/ experience would be considered

    Skill Sets required

    • Good flair in writing proposal responses, financial analysis, ROI and cost benefit analysis, balanced score-
    card concepts & operations management
    • Basic understanding of Information Security and standards such as ISO 27001:2013, NIST, CIS, SANS, CSA
    will be preferred
    • Good knowledge on SDLC Phases, Application & IT Infrastructure operations
    • Excellent knowledge of pre-sales, sales & marketing concepts
    • Knowledge of databases, concepts of ERP
