    The calibration procedure includes the following steps:

    • Press the O/C+PRINT buttons simultaneously and turn ON the unit in order to
    enter the calibration mode.
    • Follow the guiding instructions as appears on the LCD screen.

    Note The height calibration below applicable to unit with software version 3.00 and above.

    The unit will present the following message:


    Sample 0mm level,
    Adjust best location
    PRINT=IN MEMORY=OUT
    Press START
    Empty tray (remove the plate from tray) and use the MEMORY and PRINT buttons to slide the tray
    IN and OUT until you place the tray bellow the Ultrasonic sensor to measure the zero level.
    Tray position should be exactly as shown in the following figure.

    Then press START.


    The unit will read the zero level and present the message:
    Sample 15mm level,
    Adjust best location
    PRINT=IN MEMORY=OUT
    Press START

    Place the calibration Jig so the high part is headed into the unit and use the MEMORY and PRINT
    buttons to slide the tray IN and OUT until you place the tray bellow the Ultrasonic sensor to measure
    the 15mm level.

    Tray and Jig position should be exactly as shown in the following figure (Most of the JIG is located in
    the unit and you can only see the 3mm section of the test JIG position on the center of the tray round
    holder hole).

    Then press START.


    The unit will present the following message:
    Calibration Test
    Adjust best location
    For object to test
    High = 15.00 mm
    The last line of “High = 15.00 mm” is dynamic and will change according the actual high it is
    measuring. It is important to press the START button as soon as the message shows 15.00 mm to set
    the limit properly.
    The longer you wait the lower the value will go due to the shifting of the sensor’s accuracy (If the
    value goes lower than 14.80, it is recommended to perform the high test again).
    When you see the High = 15.00 mm - Press the START button
    Egg Analyzer
    Adjust best location unit
    Press START

    THE UNIT WILL MOVE TO THE MAIN SCREEN- END OF CALIBRATION PROCEDURE.
    Turn the Unit OFF and ON again.
