Script of the Master of Ceremony for JUNIOR
HIGH SCHOOL COMPLETION CEREMONY.

(Voice Over): Friends, the program will start in a few minutes. Let us observe
silence. To keep the solemnity of today’s ceremony, let me just remind you of the
following house rules. Please refrain from standing and crowding in front of the
stage and taking pictures during the presentation, performances, and awarding of
certificates as the program is going on. We have our official photographer and
high-definition pictures of our program will be available on the official Facebook
page of our school. Your cooperation is highly appreciated. Thank you very much!
Good afternoon! I’m PRECIOSA M. HAMORALIN, one of the teachers here in

Escuela La Madrid of Cavite, I’ll be your Master of the Ceremonies for today’s event.
1. C o m p l e t i o n C e r e m o n y i s t h e c e r e m o n y w h e n q u a l i f i e d
s t u d e n t s a r e c o n f e r r e d a n a c a d e m i c degree by their
school. It is the best time when our learners reap the f r u i t s o f
their labor and sacrifices. It is when they pay tribute to
t h e h a r d s h i p s of their parents and give honor to the
teachings of their second parents , their teachers. It is the
time when they are about to bid a temporary goodbye to their
classmates, friends, and Alma Mater. Today, we shall witness the Junior
High School Department 7th COMPLETION CEREMONY OF
ESCUELA LA MADRID OF CAVITE with the Theme: “K to 12
Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of
Adversity”. Ladies and gentlemen, the Processional! Let us welcome the
Candidates for Completion of School Year 2021-2022 together with
their parents,……
Approaching the aisle are the faculty members of ELMC…. led by the

2. To formally start our program, let us show our deference by standing

still as we sing the National Anthem to be conducted by JEANNE
LOUISE V. FRANCISCO, Oro Awardee. And to bless this momentous
event, it will be followed by the Doxology entitled From Whom All
Blessing Flows to be sung by the Completers together with the Opening
Prayer to be led by ANGELO A. GAVIÑO, Oro Awardee.
3. Please be seated. To Escuela La Madrid of Cavite Board of Directors,
to our stunning school directress, our beloved principals, dedicated
faculty and staff, to the proud parents and guardians, to all the visitors
who are present today, and of course, to the Completing Class of 2022,
once again, a pleasant afternoon. This Completion Ceremony has truly
been noteworthy for everyone here. It is also a time of celebration and
achievement and most importantly, a beginning for each of you here. At
this point, let us be all ears to the Opening Remarks of MATTHEW
AARON P. MAULLON, Platino Awardee. Let us give him a round of
applause.

5. After a year of hard work and dedication, graduates, it is about time to
reward your commitment to education. Reap the fruits of your labor .
We will be awarding the students who walked the extra mile. Medals will
be awarded by the Board of Directors to be assisted by the Grade
School Principal Mrs. Maria Shirly Girling and our School Directress
Mrs. Catherine R. Ayos. We would like to request the parents of
these students with honors to come up to the stage to give the award
to their children.

Congratulations to all the awardees, and as we continue, I would like to call on our

Once again congratulations to all these deserving students, and I believe

that not only the students should be given recognition but also the
supporting parents and guardians who have worked so hard, and given
their best to their children, no matter how hard life is. Let us all give
our dear parents and guardians a big hand.
6. We shall now proceed to the presentation and confirmation of the

Graduates. The Graduating Class of School Year 2021-2022 will be
presented and attested by the principal of the Grade School
department, MRS. MARIA SHIRLY G. GIRLING. It will be followed
by the confirmation of their graduation by our school directress MRS.
CATHERINE R. AYOS.
CONGRATULATIONS to our graduates!
Indeed, education is the golden key to unlocking the doors of opportunities.
7. And now the most significant moment in every graduation ceremony has
come. May we call on the Board of Directors and our school directress
Mrs. Catherine R. Ayos for the distribution of the certificates to the
graduates to be assisted by our Principal Mrs. Maria Shirly G. Girling.
May we request the parents to accompany your children on the stage as
they receive their diplomas. For the reading of the names of our dear
graduates, I would like to call on one of the graduating class subject
teachers, Mrs. Joana V. Francisco.

8. You may now take your seats. Let us give our utmost felicitation to the
graduates of Batch 2022. A big hand please…. Now, let us be
emboldened with the graduation speech message of VINCE MAVERICK
O. COBUS, Platino Awardee. Let us give her a resounding round of
applause! Thank you very much Vince for that very touching/inspiring
message.
9. In every memorable moment of one’s life, there are always songs that
will embody inferred emotions. May I call on the COMPLETERS BATCH
2022 to please come up to the stage……………………………………. With a round
of applause, let us welcome the graduates for their graduation song
entitled “ONLY THE YOUNG”

Thank you, Monica, now may I request everyone to please rise for the Closing
Prayer to be led by LIANNE DANICA A. BELARMINO, Oro Awardee, to
be followed by the singing of the ELMC Hymn “Fly!, La Madrid Fly!”

announcements:
- Distribution of Report Cards will be on July 8, 2022, from

8:00 until 11:00 in the morning only.
- Enrollment for School Year 2022-2023 is ongoing. Kindly
inquire at the ELMC Business office or visit and/or message
the school’s official Facebook Page.
- After the recessional, the toga should be returned
immediately to our assigned teachers.
Completion Ceremony is indeed a time of completion, of finishing, of an

ending, however, it is also a time of celebration of achievement and most
importantly a beginning for the new graduate. Congratulations to the
Completers!
On behalf of the school’s administrative staff and faculty, we sincerely thank those
who helped and supported us and all our guests who attended this momentous event.
