WHAT I CAN DO

SUBJECTS/ PROGRAMS
Planting Trees for the Future

MAIN IDEAS
Climate change refers to long-term changes in temperatures and
weather patterns, and it is obvious that climate change is intensifying
globally over time. Climate change may be natural, yet human activities
have a significant role in why it is escalating. Deforestation is one of the
human activities that contribute to climate change caused by
agricultural expansion or infrastructural development. So we created a
program called "Planting Trees for the Future," which attempts to
educate people about the value of trees in our environment. Aside from
trees provide us with clean air, it also helps in the prevention of major
floods and landslides, particularly during typhoons. Also, one of the
reason why we chose this program to implement is because the next
generations will not experience the aggravation of climate change
because if we continue to let people cut down trees in the forest, it will
have a massive effect on us and future generations, and they may no
longer be able to breathe fresh air, see relaxing scenery, and see
animals because their home has been permanently destroyed.

OUR AUDIENCE/PARTICIPANTS
The audience or participants of our program is all the people
who are willing to join us within the community.
OUR PRIMARY ROLE

Planting more trees should help in global reforestation efforts, as

well as the restoration of lost forests, the repair of damaged ecosystems,
and climate change mitigation. Our primary role is to encourage
everyone in the community to plant more trees and raise awareness of
it's importance. We believe that the trees that were going to plant in our
present time will gives us a lot of benefits in our future.

OUR PRESENTATION/STRATEGIES

Climate change is generally defined as a significant variation of

average weather conditions—say, conditions becoming warmer, wetter,
or drier—over several decades or more. This is one of the threats to our
lives, nature, and mother earth. One of the conflicts we had to face was
the possibility of man-made disasters causing harm to our
surroundings. Our advocacy and goal for this program are to assist,
educate, inform, and gain more helping hands for plants and trees. We
need to plant trees to reduce pollution and save our dwindling ozone
layer as a result of global warming. Planting trees also provided the
animals with more habitat and breeding space. It can help endangered
animals survive. Also, trees can be used to make more shelters,
furniture, and other items that we require to survive in this world. By
creating posters, slogans, and advertisement videos with a specific
topic, about trees, and their benefits, we hope to encourage you, your
family, and friends to join us in the program, "Planting Trees for the
Future."Your tiny hands have the power to save the world and create
the beautiful world you envision. So, what are you holding out for? Join
us and let's work together to save the world.
