Objective
1. To serve as a quick guide to all ELITE Field Engineers when operating with portable
SRO system dedicated for SOP Logging Unit.
2. This quick guide is only explaining on the hardware system only. Thus, to operate or
use the software or acquisition system (Warrior Version 7 above) must be acquired
from the specific manual.
Equipment’s Involve

Procedure for Operating DRS013+EZTEK FOR SHOOTING GR/CCL AND
PERFORATING CCL
1. To operate the panel. Turn on all the required panel. For DRS013, only turn ON the
power and DO NOT POWER UP VOLTAGE. Selective switch Post / Neg should be put
in the middle.
2. Open the Warrior Acquisition. Select the services and edit the toolstring.
- GammaGun_DRS013_Eztek service
- Passive_CCL_RS013_Eztek service
3. Put the SAFETY PANEL KEY & PERFORATING PANEL KEY in OPERATE POSITION.
4. If choose GammaGun (Titan) service, Rotate the TWO switch at PERFORATING
PANEL to BY PASS & CORRELATE
5. Push OVERRIDE BUTTON at SHOOTING GR/CCL PANEL after set the required voltage
50-60 V.
6. Select the dataset in the Warrior Acquisition and Start Monitor the Sensor Output
and can begin record log.
7. If choose PCCL (Titan) service, Rotate the TWO switch at PERFORATING PANEL to
PERFORATE & CORRELATE.
8. Select the dataset in the Warrior Acquisition and Start Monitor the Sensor Output
and can begin record log.
9. Once ready to Make Shooting, stop at the require depth.
10. If choose GammaGun (Titan) service - Rotate the TWO switch at PERFORATING
PANEL to NEGATIVE & PERFORATE. Once Rotate to PERFORATE, the OVERRIDE
BUTTON at the SHOOTING GR/CCL PANEL will be off indicate power has been cut.
11. If choose PCCL (Titan) service - Rotate the TWO switch at PERFORATING PANEL to
POSITIVE/NEGATIVE & PERFORATE.
12. TURN THE PERF POWER SWITCH ON AT THE PERFORATING PANEL
13. If use Dump Fire Method – Variac Knob must be preset at the required position pre-
determined during Hot Check. Push FIRE #1 & FIRE #2 simultaneously and PRESS
Dump Fire Button. HOLD few seconds until you observe current indicate SHORT.
14. If use Ramp Up Method – Push FIRE #1 & FIRE #2 simultaneously and turn the
Variac Knob slowly to achieve the require Voltage / Current until you see indication
of Gun Fire / Setting Tool Set.
15. Once confirmed, TURN OFF THE PERF POWER SWITCH AT THE PERFORATING PANEL.
Follow steps 4, 5 & 7 and continue log.
