a) As a future effective teacher, how crucial is classroom management in delivering quality


teaching and learning?
- Classroom management systems are effective because they increase student
success by creating an orderly learning environment that enhances students'
academic skills and competencies, as well as their social and emotional
development. It also directly effects your students’ ability to learn and your
ability to teach. It impacts a teacher's ability to be effective and actually enjoy
teaching. Most importantly, a well-managed classroom highly impacts
students' academic success.

b) What is the most effective classroom management procedure?


- The most effective classroom management involves the design and
implementation of classroom rules and procedures. Rules and procedures
should not simply be imposed on students. The proper design of rules and
procedures involves explanation and group input.

c) What will be your set of procedures in managing your classroom?


- These classroom management techniques have shown to improve classroom
behavior, build relationships for a better classroom community, and foster a
positive classroom environment where student learning is the number one
collective goal. These are making Model ideal behavior, letting students help
establish guidelines, documenting house rules, and avoidance in punishing the
class and lastly, encourage initiative.

d) As a future effective teacher, what will be your approach in teaching your subject matter?
- I will probably establish the steps or guidelines in order to maintain an
effective classroom environment. I will focus on building the students’ morale
in order for these students be encouraged to learn what I will teach them.

e) How would you modify your decisions to achieve your objectives for your lesson?
- I will modify my decision according to what is the best way to do in order for
me to achieve these goals. I would base my judgement on how whether an
action can be effective or not.

f) What will be your set of procedures to accomplish your objectives for your lesson?
- My procedure would be as simple as three steps. First, I would assess on what
should I do next. Second, I would assess whether this action is the best way
possible, proceed if it is, but then start over if not. Lastly, Execute the final
decision in which is the best possible way or the most effective way to reach
my goal.

g) What are your other considerations/accommodations?


- I would say that I would always consider every situation to a certain extent,
this will help students to have an understanding on how important to finish a
goal or an objective with a certain given time frame.
