Updating the Facilities

Date: October 10, 2022

To: All Employees

From: Mr. Darren Simon E. Edem, Owner of ABC Restaurant (Catering and Services)

Subject: Updating the Facilities

Please be aware that for the next two weeks, our kitchen will be undergoing renovations.

As our business expands, we believe it is essential to provide a larger communal dining room,
and we appreciate the efforts of our facilities personnel in achieving this goal.

If you have any inquiries or worries about the renovation, please feel free to get in touch with
me at my office at any time. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience in the
meantime.

We will temporarily use our outdoor kitchen in the backyard while the remodeling is still
going on, and we will move all of the kitchen’s equipment there so that we can resume as
soon as possible.

Thank you for your assistance.

Opening:
The regular online meeting of ABC Restaurant (Catering and Services) regarding the
upcoming Anniversary of the company was called out at 2:00 PM on October 10, 2022, by
using Google Meet conducted by the President/Owner Mr. Darren Simon E. Edem.

Approval of Agenda:
The agenda, as given, was overwhelmingly approved.
Approval of Minutes:
The meeting minutes were overwhelmingly passed as distributed.

Business from the Previous Meeting:

Discussion about the budgeting for the Anniversary of the company, which is coming up
soon. Gabriel Ubas, the President of Budget and Finance, has completed and outlined the
budget for the upcoming event. He went through the money we had collected as well as the
total cost of the items we might need at the next event. The proposal was passed to accept the
reduced budget.

New Business:

The next activity, Games for the upcoming Anniversary of the company, will be discussed.
The awards that must be awarded to the aspirant competitors were underlined by Mr. Darren
Simon E. Edem, Owner of the ABC Restaurant (Catering and Services). The president of
budget and finance, Gabriel Ubas, has finished and described the budget for the next event.
He went through the amount of money we had raised as well as the total cost of the supplies
we would require for the upcoming event. The proposal to accept the reduced budget
received support and was approved.

Additions to the Agenda:


There were no additional items that has been raised by the members of the company

Adjournment:
Mr. Darren Simon E. Edem, President/Owner of ABC Restaurant (Catering and Services),
adjourned the meeting at 4:00 p.m. The next Google Meet will be held at 2:00 p.m. on
October 11, 2022.

Dear Mr. Edem,

On October 9, 2021 in ABC Restaurant (Catering and Services), Erika was using all of the
available plates that is needed for the production by 3:00 PM.

As she was stacking them, there was an earthquake around 3:00 p.m., and all of the plates
that she was stacking fell down and were brittle. Her co-workers heard the loud noise, they
came to her aid right away. Because of the plates that landed right into Erika’s left foot, she
discovered that her left foot was bleeding heavily. She was taken to the hospital for first aid
and medication after an ambulance was called. The doctor advised that she will take a month
off from work to relax her strength and to heal her left foot.

The accident was determined to be no one else's responsibility; it was all about the
earthquake that occurred, and it was attributed to Erika by stacking them instead of placing
them in the proper sequence.
