Empowering our employees to win their loyalty. For the McDonald's company to
continue to shine, happiness not only for customers but also for employees leads to
better company performance and profit margins, it is necessary to offer fair
compensation for service and a good working environment.
Measurability
If we achieve these goals, we need to clarify how McDonald's will work. The global
inclusion of food, online food ordering and delivery, and creating value for every dollar
spent by customers expand the market pool. Expanding markets means company growth
and higher profit margins. Empowering employees leads to the smooth running of the
company, loyalty to the organization, and growth. Together, they will see the McDonald's
company fulfill its mission and vision.
Achievability/Attainable
Our goal is to expand our market. The company has expanded its market since its
founding in California in 1955 (Gilbert, 2008). The global demand for fresh organic food
is increasing and taking advantage of it is a very smart step (Lee 2007). All of these goals
are achievable as long as there is demand and the company is in a position to implement
them.
Realistic/Referred
Our goal is to introduce new African and Asian cuisines to expand our geographical
reach. There is none. Expansion is within the company's ability to mobilize resources to
realize its goals.
Time-Bound
The process of introducing new African and Asian dishes to expand your market is not
complicated, you can achieve this in 6 months and expand the size and geography of your
company in 3 years.
Creating a plan is the biggest way to achieve a goal and list the steps to reach the desired
