Executive Summary
The Luscious Turon Company is a company that sells a unique, affordable, and
delicious product. The company established its first branch at McArthur Highway Sindalan
near the overpass and close the tricycle terminal in order for the students and passengers to
recognize the store. It is an advantage for the business because the company wants to attract
not only students but everyone to buy a low-cost and unadulterated product. In this way,
the company gains revenue since it is along the highway and it has a good location. In
return, the company provides for the needs and wants of the customers. Luscious Turon
Company thinks and created a unique kind of turon, instead of banana, entrepreneurs used
sticky rice and purple yam for the main ingredients that provide nutrition in the body named
Sticky Dioscorea Turon. Sticky Dioscorea Turon is a good product for all, especially for
kids who surely enjoy it and people who are in their diet. In the survey conducted by the
researchers, 100% of the students love to eat turon and 80% of them want to try Sticky
Dioscorea Turon. Most of them think that the price of the product is inexpensive for
students like them and affordable for anyone. The product of Luscious Turon Company is
open for everyone no matter their age, gender, occupation and religion. The mission of the
company is to serve high quality, affordable, and delicious product that makes the
customers back and purchase again because of the unique and delicious taste that they
served.

1.0 PROJECT BACKGROUND
It is a concession presenting the progress of every steps in making the Luscious
Turon Company including the meaning and why they chose that design and name of their
company and product logo. In this document the researchers will show how they will
execute and accomplish the required plan in the project.
1.1 Company name and logo

The company name “Luscious Turon Company” have various meaning. Luscious
came from its definition having a delicious sweet taste because the researchers serve a
delicious product called “Sticky Dioscorea Turon”. The purple background symbolizes
creativity as the members trying to develop something new in people’s eyes and taste. The
bowl of rice and a dinosaur holding a purple yam is displayed because these are the main
ingredients of their product which are the purple yam and sticky rice. The happy turon in
the middle holding a plate of turon is representing them as they are genuinely happy serving
the best product they have to their customers and they serve it with love.

Sticky Dioscorea Turon is the name of product where “Sticky” stands for sticky
rice as you can see in the left hand of the turon, “Dioscorea” stands as dioscorea alata also
known as purple yam that is located in the right side of the turon and lastly the “Turon”
which is the main product. The tag line is “excellence taste in every bite” because the
researchers assure customers that they offer quality and tasty product that they won’t regret.
To make their turon unique and like no other, they incorporated “ube” to it. They designed
their logo to be a unique and simple design that conveys their brand message. The bright
purple color was used to grab people’s attention. They also picked bold fonts that shows
the strong personality of their brand. And for the shape of their logo, they decided to use
circle because circles are often associated with security, protection, and continuity.

This part includes the Vision, Mission and Objectives of the company. This section
will show what the plans to execute are and strategies to use to attain its main goal. The
expectations and aims of the company will also discussed in this part.
Vision
The Luscious Turon Company is aiming to be the number one when it comes in
selling special turon in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The company aspire to be
well-known as a business that offers unique and tasty products.
Mission
LUSCIOUS TURON's mission is to serve a good, affordable, and delicious product
that makes the customers back and purchase again because of the unique and delicious taste
that they served.

2.0 MANAGEMENT AND PERSONNEL STUDY
Management and personnel both can be defined as obtaining to reach management

success. With the use of maintaining a satisfied workforce. Its significance is to give
concerned with the employees at work and with their relationship with the organization.
As a discipline, maintaining satisfied workforce aims to recruit and retain a workforce,
meaning to enhance and improve employees in their work because it is necessary for an
organization to meet its goal.
2.1 Organizational Structure
The organizational structure of Luscious Turon Company used the hierarchy type
of arrangement to differentiate and show the lines of authority, data and information of
every positions and how employees do their roles and tasks. The skills, responsibilities and
duties of the different position in the company were also indicated. How information flows
and which work flows between the different levels of the company in order to accomplish
their goals and common aims. The main purpose of the organizational structure is to clarify
relationships and brings members of the company together.

2.2 Job Description
In this sector the job description of Luscious Turon Company is presented

responsibly and clearly. Every position and their roles in the work is discussed. The Job
duties and job responsibilities of each worker is shown to determine how things work in
every positions.
Job Title: General Manager
The General Manager or the Managing Director is responsible and tasked to look
for the daily business activity and develop strategic plans. These are the people who
manage the work systems and who create policies in the organization. Motivate staffs to
accomplish their work and perform better.

will force on all representatives of the organization. A few rules and guidelines include:
Working Hours
Every employee should be discipline, productive and responsible in their working

time. Always be on time, arriving late can delay everything and you must be in your
working positions during in your working hours.

Luscious Turon's company policies discuss processes, which are normally written
policies found in the company's employee handbook. They are mostly set in a workplace
to set up rules of lead inside an organization, outlining the obligations regarding the both
employers and employees.

Luscious Turon company.
• Personal phone calls, including mobile phone calls, are not authorized. If a personal
phone call is received by you, inform them that you will return the call later.
• Be mindful of all your duties at work.
• All employees are expected when on duty to wear a name tag and be on time for
your shift.
• Employees should observe good office decorum and not sit on the desk, counter

avoid company difficulties or complication. Luscious Turon company wants to serve
with a corona virus free surrounding and prevent the spreading of it.
• Be kind and polite to all customers when they enter or leave the store, greeting
them is a must and always respect them.
• Do your best in serving to satisfy every customer, provide what customers asking
as long as you can.
• Always keep the surroundings clean, often wipe the floor and clean things before
and after using.
• In the kitchen wear proper attire like apron and hear net. Also apply proper
hygiene always look presentable and proper uniform is needed.
• Always wear face mask inside the store and always sanitize due to pandemic
protocols.
• Inappropriate customer service will lead to suspension at the third warning.
• When the customer has a complained, it must be reported immediately to the
manager.

The following is the geographic information of Luscious Turon Company. LTC is

located at McArthur Highway Sindalan near overpass and close tricycle terminal. Sindalan
tricycle terminal has a hundred of passengers daily that is why it is a good location for the
customers because it’s very convenient and it’s along the highway. Sindalan elementary
school is also near to the location of the shop, students just need a few steps to approach
the location of the shop. Lucious Turon company location is very easy to access and this
will both benefit customers and company.
The Demographic portion of Luscious Turon Company is serving for all as long as
they want the product. Anyone can buy and afford the product but the most target customers
are students and adults. Because students and adults love eating Sticky Dioscorea Turon
after their work or merienda time. The product is good it has a good quality when it comes
to the taste of the product.

characters particularly for the wellbeing conscious individuals since it is comprised of
sticky rice and purple yam those are the fundamental fixings the turon serves to all
individual like understudies, instructors, development laborers and so on.

owner's basis for what else that needed to be improved. Any suggestions can help the
company to improve customer loyalty and adapt new strategies or new perspective from
the customers. They are also open for business idea to create sales and gain more profit.

Mark Angelo Mamucud washed the purple yam in a clean water. He used knife to cut the
purple yam into two pieces.
He boiled the purple yam in a casserole until it become soft then mashed it using the
pestle. He added 1 table spoon of sugar and condensed milk ube flavor to the mashed
purple yam.

He put 1 table spoon of sticky rice and 1 table spoon of mashed purple yam in the lumpia
wrapper and wrapped it.
