CHRONICLE 1
Lesson 1 Worksheets: Expected Behavior in the Workplace

DATE: Week 1 February 7-11

1.)Narrative

Based on my observations in the first chronicle "Expected behavior in a

workplace" was divided into parts. The first part discussed the aim or the target of
the training, which is to prepare the individuals' character, specifically their
knowledge, skills, and attitude that would have a great impact on their
performance. The second part discussed the aim of the students which is to
prepare them by exposing them to a real working environment and giving them
the experience to prepare themselves in a worst-case scenario. Furthermore, the
reporters of group 1 also included the opportunities for on-the-job training, which
is to give them knowledge on becoming a professional soon. The required skills
and behaviors' importance is to give us a heads up in accepting constructive
criticism, being honest, giving respect, etc. They explained well the importance of
the attitude and the goals or aims in training.

2.)Work Immersion Highlight

These photos are my favorite part of the video. These photos share a common
theme: Target aim, training for students, and expected behavior of a trainee in
the workplace. This is my favorite part because it taught me that target aim are
important in a workplace, because in order to become successful, you should aim
first your goals and priorities. It is also important to train to have competence and
skills; this can be linked to become better and in improving yourself while
learning. To summarize, I chose these photos to emphasize the importance of of
goals and priorities, and also the behaviors in the workplace.

3.)Contemplation

After I graduate from college, I am not only equipped with knowledge and skills,
but also character and attitude, and also with the help of job training, we were
exposed and experienced a real working environment, that teaches us how to
work professionally, and teaches us to be prepared in any circumstances.
Additionally, work immersion will teach us how to act, and be emotionally
intelligent in the workplace, it also teaches us to be respectful, because if only skill
and knowledge are what we learned, it would be a great impact on the
performance of the unity of the workers. Thankfully, these are only one of the
lessons I have learned that I didn't mention, there are many things to learn.

CHRONICLE 2
Lesson 2 Worksheets: Work Ethics

DATE: Week 2 February 14-18

1.) Narrative

Based on our video (Group 2), my observation in the second chronicle ‘’Work
Ethics” was also divided into parts; Goal-oriented actions, Prioritize focus, being
available and reliable, Conscientiousness, creating a rewarding routine or system,
and embrace positivism. Goal-oriented actions means focusing on reaching or
completing a specific tasks in order to achieve an outcome. Prioritizing focus is
important because it will allow you to give your attention to tasks that are
important or urgent, so that you can later do the lower priority task. Being
available and reliable, as an employee, If you set long deadlines for completing a
project but finish earlier than expected, you are more likely to gain your
employer's trust.  It gives the impression to the employer that you are a
trustworthy person. Conscientiousness is about a person's impulse control,
regulation, and direction. When someone is conscientious, they can exercise self-
control and self-discipline in order to pursue and achieve their objectives.
Creating a rewarding routine or system, when employees are motivated to work
at higher levels of productivity, the company as a whole runs more smoothly and
effectively toward its objectives. And lastly, embrace positivism, positive thinking
increases productivity and stimulates your brain to ensure optimal performance.
It also boosts your energy levels, making you more alert and capable of handling
your responsibilities. Positive thinking will help you think more clearly and
improve your focus by reducing your stress.

2.) Work Immersion Highlight

These photos are my highlighted parts. These photos has a common ground
which is the appearance, punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork. These are my
highlighted photos, because it taught me that appearance is also important in
workplace, being punctual or punctuality is an important key. Responsibility has
also a great impact to you because when an employee or a manager is
responsible for a task, you can hold them responsible if the task isn't completed
or congratulate them on a job well done. Teamwork is also important because it
helps everyone to achieve or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient
way.

3.)Contemplation

Soon, it is my time to use all of this learnings in the workplace. I am not only
equipped with knowledge and skills, but also knowledge with the help of
webinars and work immersion subject. Experiencing a real working environment
really help us a lot to know that this is all a real thing. Thankfully, we experienced
this while we are on high school, because at least, we know now what to do.

CHRONICLE 3
Lesson 2 Worksheets: Safety in the Workplace

DATE: Week 3 February 21-25

1.)Narrative

In this weeks' webinar, the topic is all about “Safety in the Workplace”. This
week’s second lesson is all about safety in the workplace. When it comes to
working, safety must be our primary focus. When we will go to work, we had to
first check to see if the workplace was safe. We are putting ourselves in risk if we
do not take this precaution. I learned about the various types of dangers from this
weeks’ webinar. There are some risks that are so severe that if you tolerate them,
your life might be in great danger. There are also threats that are not very severe,
but if put into practice, we can nevertheless conclude that it will be too risky for
us. There is also a webinar dedicated to medical work and safety. It’s very
valuable in a rational approach for someone like me who is aiming to enter the
field of medicine. You must not only , but also act seriously. There are situations
that was shown to us. Those are examples of hazardous working conditions. As far
as I can tell, this lesson is all new to us. I may be familiar with some of them, but
there is still more for me to learn.

2.)Work Immersion Highlights

For me, this is the most important part of the webinar, It teaches us in
maintaining a safe workplace. It also teaches us to discipline ourselves and to be
self-reliant in our own lives.
3.)Contemplation
The two webinars taught me that safety must always come first. Everyone’s
safety, not only the boss’s or employees, must be prioritized. There is a strong NO
when a workplace continues to operate despite the fact that it poses several
hazards and threats to employees. A life cannot be bought with money. We must
not commit to that job if we only choose it because it pays well but also carries a
significant level of risk. If we are also the ones who put others in danger, it is best
to change while there is still time. Others’ lives may be saved as a result of our
actions. If employees are informed of current hazards and understand safety
protocols, they will be happier, healthier, and more productive.

CHRONICLE 4
Lesson  4 Worksheets: Workplace Rights and Responsibilities
DATE: Week 4 February 28 - March 4

1.)Narrative

In this week’s webinar, we talked about the workplace rights and responsibilities
of a worker or employee. First, we talked about what is rights and responsibilities
is really all about. According to Merriam Webster, right is a being In accordance
with what is just good, or proper, and, responsibilities is a duty or task that you
are required or expected to do. The importance of rights and responsibilities is for
the employees to understand his/her rights and responsibilities in the workplace,
because there are employers or bosses who gives a task to you that are unsafe,
and it is your right to say no to it. There is also a quote which says that ‘’Rights
and responsibilities are different sides of the same coins’’, because both goes side
by side.

2.)Work Immersion Highlights

These photos are my highlighted ones, because for me, this is enough for all of us
to know the importance and the benefits for all the employees in knowing his/her
rights and responsibilities in the workplace.
3.)Contemplation

The webinar and the video presentation really helps me understands the situation
in the workplace, especially your rights, because your rights include a wide range
of human rights, including the right to decent work and freedom of association, as
well as equal opportunity and protection from discrimination. Health and safety in
the workplace, as well as the right to privacy at work, are examples of specific
workplace rights. Also, responsibility is important in the employees, because this
will help them in building their career, and building relationship with the
workmates. In the workplace, taking responsibility demonstrates professionalism,
can advance your career, aids in the development of professional bonds with
coworkers, and demonstrates to company leadership that you are a valuable
employee.

CHRONICLE 5
Lesson 5 Worksheets: Confidentiality in the Workplace
DATE: WEEK 5 MARCH 7-11

1.)Narrative

In the last webinar, the topic is all about confidentiality. Confidentiality in the
workplace is the one of the most important in the worker. Keeping confidentiality
in the workplace. Understanding confidentiality will help us in preventing a
misuse of confidential information of a person, and also confidentiality matters
for legal and reputational reasons, it will also help you, because your future
employee will depend on it.  There are also types of confidentiality; first,
employee information, it consist of name, contact number, address, etc. it is
important for an employee to not leak this type of confidential information,
because it might be used to them in the future. Second, managerial information,
discussions about employees issue, disciplinary actions, terminations,
investigation of misconduct, is also an important part of this topic, a leak of this
kind of information might create chaos and bullying inside the workplace. Thirds,
organization information, it consist of business information, and information
about budgets, costs, forecast, etc. This kind of information might destroy the
company. Fourth, professional information, it consists of doctors knowing
patients information, lawyers, and accountants, this will help the client at ease
because of the confidentiality he shares. Fifth, Casual vs. legal confidentiality, it
consists of an information that is asked for you to keep it secret, be aware, and
information that cannot be legally shared.

2.)Work Immersion Highlights

These photos are my highlighted parts. These photos give an important
information about the topic confidentiality in the workplace. Confidentiality in the
workplace helps us build trust between employer and employee, it also helps us
so that the employer will give us his/her 100% trust, and so that the employees
will feel reassured knowing that their personal information is in good hands.

3. Contemplation

The lesson in the webinar confidentiality in the workplace will soon help us all. It
taught me a lot opportunities on how to build relation with the workmates and
the employer. Confidentiality gives a great impact in all of us because when the
information that is confidential got leaked, it will destroy the company’s name,
reputation, and it will also lose customers, partners, suppliers, and product
makers, so it is always important to always keep that in mind that confidentiality
in the workplace gives a big impact in the company.

CHRONICLE 6
Lesson 6 Worksheets: Effective Conflict Resolution and Teamwork Skill
DATE: March 14 - 18

1.)Narrative

Effective Conflict resolution and teamwork skill is also one of the most important
skill in the workplace. As conflict involves emotions, effective conflict resolution,
like listening can help to discharge or ease the emotional energy, and will lead to
more fruitful conversation or dialogue. Teamwork skill is an ability that allow you
to work well and do the work easily. Having conversations, projects, and meetings
can help you build the relationship with your workmates, and establish a great
teamwork skill. Effective conflict resolution and teamwork skill are one of the
abilities that the employer or the boss needs in his/her company, and having this
kind of ability helps a lot of people by also building their trust in each other.

2.)Work Immersion Highlights

These photos are my highlighted ones, because it gives me learnings and

motivates me to learn more on how effective conflict resolution and teamwork
skill is. Knowing the real world will really shock you, conflicts are everywhere, and
humbling yourself will make people and workmates like you. Being an open
minded also will help you in teamwork because there are a lot of ideas that
conflicts with each other that you need to understand what really is the most
efficient idea, and also listening to what others says to you is normal.

3.)Contemplation

The video presentation entitled Effective conflict resolution and teamwork skill in
the workplace will all help us to understand each other, it taught me a lot of ideas
how it is important, especially in the workplace, as having an ability like teamwork
skill makes your works or projects easier, as there are a lot of ideas and helps
coming from your team or workmates. So while we’re still in school, it is
important to learn this, before it is too late.

CHRONICLE 7
Lesson 7 Worksheets: Work Immersion Rules and Regulations and Terms and
Conditions of the Memorandum of Agreement
DATE: March 21 – 25

1.)Narrative
Work immersion rules and regulations, as well as the terms of the memorandum
of agreement (MOA), serve a purpose in that they emphasize the safety of both
the school and the organization where the students are allocated. Considering not
only the positive aspects of the internship will assist us in gaining a better
understanding of any potential effects that the student may have on the company
and vice versa, which will be especially beneficial in avoiding a negative image of
the school and the teachers involved in deciding to have the training for the
student to gain experience in a real-world setting. These issues must be
researched ahead of time before anything happens to reduce the risk of
producing harm or negative in the training corner between the firm and the
school. As a result, we can examine the laws of regulation for us. Students should
be conscious of their limitations in the workplace, and the company should be
aware of what they can offer for the student's training experience, which will help
them enhance their work abilities. Memorandums of agreement, or MOAs, play
an important role in allowing students to receive training for a specific company,
and they include agreements to supplement the formal curriculum of the SHS
program with special inputs from company experts and practitioners in order to
align and conform to the SHS program to work standards.

2.)Work Immersion Highlights

These photos are my highlighted ones because these photos shares a different
information but only on one subject, Work Immersion Rules and Regulations and
Terms and Conditions of the Memorandum of Agreement. It teach me how the
rules and regulations, and also Memorandum of agreement works, and why it
should be implemented in every company. The video states important parts for us
to be ready and for us learn some valuable lessons.

3.) Contemplation
In the near future, this learnings that was taught for us, will be the most
important ones. These lessons and webinar will help us go through in the
company, and also how to survive. Experiencing this might be hard, but only this
will be more harder if these lessons are not taught.

1.)Narrative

Our group was ale to come up with a lot of ideas in our experiments. Our
capstone teachers have already choose and assigned us the experiment on which
we will be working. As of today, we are already done making the things we need
and the procedure of our experiment, and next week, we will do a pilot testing If
this experiment will work or not. To minimize the time to consume, we agreed to
meet in one place, and make the experiment there.

2.)Work Immersion Highlights

The photo taken was the procedure of our experiment and the screenshot taken
from our most recent group meeting. We discussed everything on how to make
this experiment work, and if this experiment will greatly help in today’s problems.

3.)Contemplation
Overall, my groupmates understand what to do in our experiment. We make sure
that each one of us is assigned with the same amount of work, and we also
worked out all of the details to avoid any potential conflicts during the
experiment. We all hope that this experiment succeeds since we believe that this
is marketable, and at the same time, beneficial, particularly in places that have a
lot of bacteria. We are excited to share this knowledge for the sake of the

garlic powder and sterile rainwater can help eliminate bacteria. We then plan
ahead what we should do in the day of the experiment. In the day of the
experiment, we face a problem when there’s no sign of bacteria in the smoothie,
ma’am Rhea and ma’am Cheryl advised us to take a sample of canal outside the

DATE: April 25 – 29

1.)Narrative

Academic Week was held this week. There were a lot of activities from various
strands, I enjoyed and had a lot of fun because I learned a lot from the other
strand as well. The nicest part of the program was that everyone took part in the
event Each strand organizes the event in their own way. Everything was enjoyable
from the first to the last day Learning is indeed fun.

2.)Work Immersion Highlights

Our section joined a lot of activities and won. Thanks for the participants, we
enjoyed watching the academic day. This is the highlighted photo as it shows how
competitive our section is.

3.)Contemplation

The activity was overall quite enjoyable and engaging. Every strand did it their
best to make this event a success. Even though there were technical obstacles
due to copyright issues, we were still able to make the event a success. The best
part of the event was that the statents were in charge of planning, arganizing, and
setting everything From the planning af activities through the event organization,
and of course, with the help of the teachers. Aside from the Academic Week we
also finished our Capstone Video and was submitted in time. It was exhausting yet
rewarding because it was all paid off. We will continue to work on our capstone
paper next week, which will be expected to be submitted on or before Aprill 20.
To be honest, we are currently being bomborded with activities from our
educators. It’s much more worrisome because we’re now working on both our
research paper and our performance tasks.
