I, FLORENTINO COLASTE of legal age, Filipino, widower, and a resident of Brgy. Sto. Nino, Tacloban City, Leyte, am the co-owner of a certain parcel of land by virtue of Affidavit of Self Adjudication with absolute Sale executed by ROSEMARIE L. INDIC entered in Notarial registry of Atty. Asterio Villero of Tacloban City under Doc.No. 389; Page No. 36; Book No. XX11; Series of 2021 and more particularly described as follows:
“A certain parcel of land designated as Cad. Lot No 5329 -Part of the Tacloban Cadastral Survey, situated at Brgy. New kawayan, Tacloban City. Covered by Tax declaration No. 01000183. Bounded on the North by Lot 187 portion, Swo-08-000046; on the East by lot owned by Federico Matador ; on the South and West by Lot No. 5329(Remaining Portion), containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY ONE ( 4,251)SQUARE METERS, more or less, declared in the name of ROQUE LORDAN . Subject of this sale is only a portion containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED SQUARE METERS (400) to be taken from my one half share of the above described parcel ofland.
That for and in consideration of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND (P30,00.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid in full by GREGORIA OTIDA LORDAN, legal age Filipino citizen, married and resident of Brgy Sta Elena, Tacloban City., Leyte, to my entire satisfaction, I do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY, in the manner absolute and irrevocable, unto the said vendee, her heirs, assigns or successors-in-interest, a portion of 400 square meters of the aforementioned parcel of land.
