Legalese = Double Speak.
Double speak is the art of using language as a tool. Language affects our perception of reality.
Two people can explain the same thing using different sets of words or phrase and those same
things can be interpreted completely differently by the observer those words.
Double speak is the art of substituting words in place of the real intent in order to minimize the
significance of the meaning in the observer’s mind.
The recipient of the words who is aware of the intent of doublespeak will see both sides. The
recipient of the words who is not aware of the intent of doublespeak become blind to the core of
the words.
Here are a few examples:
 The word ‘disadvantaged’ is used as double speak for ‘poor’

 The word ‘revenue enhancement’ is used in place of increasing the dinging of people’s
pockets.
 A business that employs 25,000 people is called a ‘family farm’ in order to avoid taxation
as a big business.
 ‘Resource development’ is used as double speak for a ‘dump site’.
 ‘Subsidized’ is doublespeak for ‘financial support’
 ‘Department of defense’ is a doublespeak for ‘department of raw’ as of 1947.
 ‘Sugar-free’ is a double speak for ‘we use artificial sweeteners and laboratory made taste
amplifiers that has yet to be regulated by law so we aren’t obligated to explain what we
use to keep it sweet or whether it is worse for your health than 10 spoons of bleached
sugar in every 3 ounce of liquid you consume, but who cares, definitely not you because
your gut and your taste glands likes it and you will keep consuming and so long as you
don’t care, neither do we’
 ‘Therapeutic misadventure’ is a doublespeak used since 1982 when a doctor caused the
passing away of mother and child during a c-section, it is later known as ‘malpractice’,
meaning you can basically delete people and it is considered an adventure that went bad
where the intent of therapy existed. At least, this is how they have minimized the
significance of taking someone’s life and not being liable for it.
 ‘vertical insertion’ is double speak for ‘we will come to your land, take your stuff, and
take you out while we are at it’
The danger of double speak is not the mere interpretation, the danger is in the short moment of
misunderstanding where the user of doublespeak uses the tool to probe competence. Once the
user of that tool realizes one is unaware of their intent, they carry on and take advantage of
people. This is one of the main reason why people feel something is wrong, but just don’t simply
know exactly why or how, and when they seem to have figured it out, they only figure out a very
small amount of it, all because of the art of double speak.
Subtle Sustenance
This art is used in legalese when legislature is constructed. It is used in court order to give the
claimant clues and solutions right in plain sight but at the same time make the court order appear
as a firm denial.
It is used to join liability based on character (reaffirmed therein Federal Rules of Evidence rules
403, 4040, 45 character evidence). People loosely know this issue to be related to the 'straw-man'
where they say "you" are here today on the caregivers of...
That "you' they refer to, is the artificial entity as most are aware. This "you" is a double speak,
and the solution to this "you" sits in FRE 403,404,405.
It is used during court hearing negotiation where negotiation sounds affirmation and similar to
commands.
It is used when organizations describe their mission and goal. Have you read one of those? One
of those stupidly vague description of an organization like this:
“We focus on corroborating enterprise information. We have been world leader in

technical architecture, legacy modernization and custom services along with numerous
capacities across multiple verticals”
The reasonable and regular mind would do one of two things when introduced to double speak. It
will either simply shut down or forcefully interpret it based on the bias of the observer. The bias
of the observer is often limited to the knowledge they have about the subject matter. This is why
doublespeak is used as a tool to probe competence. Especially in the legal world.
Those 3 things are the intent of double speak.
1.To mislead or
2. To shut the mind down (when the mind is shut down, it is open to suggestion and
interpretation of what caused it to shut down)
3. To probe competence within brief moments of interaction.
This is one of the "degrees" thought in hypnosis and to those who reach 360 degrees.
That above quote regarding the company's mission statement is doublespeak where only the
client of that company who reads the mission statement would know that they are a private
investigative company. Now read that again with a state of mind knowing that it is a mission
statement of a private investigative company, and you’ll see it clearer.
Double speak = The art of sending more than one distinct message at once.
Legalese= double speak.

This art can be used for good or bad, like any tool.
When one controls interpretation of language, they control the ebs and flow of activity.
This is the reason why there are so many law dictionaries that comes in many different edition.
The issue with dictionaries are that if they are not ‘unabridged’, then they are still incomplete
and are simply piles of paper field with doublespeak which will then require some fore
knowledge of other things to really comprehend beyond what is in black and white.
'Unabridged' dictionaries are dictionaries that are unedited and are complete in interpretation and
definition, thus aren't misleading or limited.
Usually they are much thicker than any regular dictionaries. Unabridged dictionaries are the ones
that have images and citations to each shade of meaning (synonyms, antonyms).
A Thesaurus is just an amplified unabridged dictionaries that have antonyms and synonyms of
words in better details as used in the past and how said word has evolved (etymon).
So the issue will usually be what people are faced with in daily life against tortfeasors who are
either specifically trained to use it without really knowing the tool they are using, or are trained
to use it by knowing exactly what they are doing.
That is the problem. Not the tool itself.
What then is the solution if one is not always afforded the time to study the details of every
single grain of words and its meaning?
When these tools are given to hypnotists and the different types of masons, they are given some
form of water to quell the fire of doublespeak before it spreads too far, either if you are aware it
is being used against you or not--because you wont always know tit is being used if the user is
good at it--and the water to this fire is this ( these solutions are so subtle it may seem to be
useless, but it is actually the solution because of its subtlety. Doubloespeak is a subtle art, and its
remedy is subtle:
1. When listening to ANYONE, focus your breath in your belly, as you breath in, contract the
abdominal muscles. This area has the most clusters of nerve in the entire body. Nerves are how
information is received and interpreted by the mind(which is all over the body). When this is
done, it feeds the nerves quicker and your ability to properly receive information is altered
whether you yourself realize it at that moment or not. Alphabet boys negotiators use this methods

when negotiating. They will tell you about reading body language and all the other bs easy to
misinterpret, but wont tell you about this. Why would they? In lay terms, focus in your "gut"
through proper breathing technique and it will serve as a filter for bs through words. Others will
call it "grounding yourself' or staying grounded. This is how it is done, through breatht and focus
of body parts
Side note: when you see hypnotists hypnotize people to go into characters, have you ever
wondered how to prevent this? This is one of the ways, all they are simply doing is tapping into
the hypnotized man's nervous system(electromagnetic passage ways)
2.Focus on your feet.
There is more to daily activities than what meets the eyes. All truly is mind. People know this,
and sue against us EverReady. Remember, regardless of whether you sense bs through words or
not, do these things because a good double-speaker will carry a conversation with you normally
and it will not appear as though they are doublespeak.
