Computer to FP-001

Set Switches to L1 and Normal and Power up the Programmer.

Press the Reset/Start Button Once.

Open an executable file you get from us – (example A6-USD4), then hit
Auto(A) to start the programming.

Once the program is complete, Click on Ok.

Press the Reset/Start Button once to complete the programming.

FP-001 to Bill Acceptor

Make sure the Programmer is set to L1 and Normal before Power up.

Then Power up the Programmer and switch it from L1 to L3.

Press the Reset/Start Button Once.

Watch the L4 light. The change of the light should be.

Blinking Green Light goes out


Solid Red Light comes on.
Solid Red Light goes out.
Solid Red Light comes on
Red Light starts blinking and downloading is in progress.

Once the Bill Acceptor Cycles, download is complete and L4 will be
solid orange.

At this stage you need to look at the Bezel lights on the Bill Acceptor.

If they are blinking green, switch from L3 to L2.

Press the Reset/Start Button once and the Bill Acceptor will cycle to
complete the programming.

If the Bezel Lights are solid Green, this means you need to calibrate the Bill
Acceptor.

Press the Reset/Start Button Once.

Solid orange L4 light will go out and come back solid orange again.

Take your Calibration Card making sure you inset it in the direction of the
arrows pointing.

Put the Calibration Card all the way inside the Bill Acceptor till it stops.

The Bill Acceptor will take the Calibration Card through its calibration stage
witch takes about 5 seconds. (Depending on the Bill Acceptor Model)

Once the Calibration Card is sent back out and the Bill Acceptor is not
taking it, remove the Card from the Bill Acceptor.

Press the Reset/Start Button Once.

Then Switch from L3 to L2.

Press the Reset/Start Button Once.

The Bill Acceptor will cycle and the Bezel lights will be blinking green
confirming successful programming and calibration.
