IT Practicals-1 SOP (Student) H077

Step-1: Click on start menu

Step-2: Select libreoffice base


Step-3: Click on create a new Database

Step-4: Click on Next option


Step-5: Click on “No, do not register the database”

Step-6: Click on Finish


Step-7: Save the Database by giving an appropriate name
(H077 IT Practicals-1 Student Database)

Step-8: Select an appropriate location for the Database (Desktop)


Step-9: Open the Database and click “Create table using design view”

Step-10: Enter the required field names (Roll_no- number [set as


primary key], Stud_name- text (VARCHAR), Class- text (VARCHAR),
Div- text (VARCHAR), City- text (VARCHAR), DOB- Date
Step-11: Insert minimum 8 records

Step-12: For creating Form on Student table, click on “Create Form in


design view” and enter student table
Step-13: Thus, a Form on Student table gets created with the same
name as the table
