Boundary Opening Report

RE: FIELD SURVEY TO OPEN THE BOUNDARIES FOR PLOT 45, BLOCK 64 LAND AT MUTUBA III
KYAGGWE COUNTY MUKONO DISTRICT (EAST BUGANDA)
With reference to the above assignment, a field survey was carried out to verify the location of Plot 45, herein referred
to as the Plot. Opening the boundaries did the verification of the Plot’s existence. This involved clearly measuring the
Plot boundaries and also locating the markstones indicated on the certificate of the land title.
Location and Access:
The Plot is located at Mutuba III sub county, Kyaggwe county, Mukono district.
Plot 45 can easily be approached from Kampala City by way of Gayaza Road proceed through Gayaza Trading Centre
through Nakwero trading Centre turn left after the bridge, proceed for about 3Km and finally veer right for about 400
meters to the subject property lying on the right hand side of the road.
Boundaries and Markstones:
All the Four (4) mark-stones were physically seen. Their positions were ascertained and checked using the Plot’s
relative position and direction with respect to the measured extents and set up of the neighboring.
The area of Plot 45 as well as its dimension were checking.
However, there was another markstone embedded on the plot as seen from Fig 1, (CM 5). Which is said to be planted
by the neighbor on the right referred to as Afande. This Markstone (CM 5) is approximately 6m (18ft) into the Plot.
Developments and other features:
Plot 45 is undeveloped, and being used for farming (Sugarcane and Banana) by the said Musiramu. On the plot is a
temporary structure (Fig 2).
The access road passes within the plot and is approximately 2.5m.
