WHEREAS, the General PTA of Mobo National High School, Brgy. Poblacion 2, Mobo,
Masbate, resolved as follows:
WHEREAS, the General PTA of Mobo National High School supports the schools’ programs
and projects and joins in any school activities in line with its mission, vision and goals for School
Year 2022-2023.
WHEREAS, the General PTA of Mobo National High School takes actions and responds to
the arising problems and the like of the school for School Year 2022-2023.
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that General PTA of Mobo National High School
coordinate their efforts to effectively and efficiently allocate funds for the needs of the school and the
students’.
WHEREAS, the General PTA of Mobo National High School initiates fund raising activities
to which proceeds goes to the school needs and projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY PROCLAIMED by General PTA of Mobo National
High School officially takes its full responsibility in ensuring that the school achieves its goals
towards the holistic development of the school, student and the like.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE STAKEHOLDER CONVERGENCE CUM

INDUCTION PROGRAM
In order to settle thigs up, Mobo National High School, headed by our principal Mr. Dindo M.
Brioso, together with his teaching staff. Officers of the Parent-Teachers Association (PTA), and other
internal and external stakeholders had its 1st Stakeholders Convergence Cum Induction Program last
October 17,2022.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the following:
Health and Safety
SMEA/ SRC Presentation
School Rules and Regulations
Discussion on the Ratified Constitution and By-Laws
Induction of Newly Elected GPTA Officers
In this meeting, it was majority favored that every parents will give 100 pesos for their PTA
Donation in support to the PTA Project. Moreover, the school, PTA Officers, and internal and
external stakeholders agreed to jointly implement the PTA Project (which is the drainage canal) for
the school ground is often flooded due to its location.
In addition, there was also an open forum between teachers and parents wherein they were
free to ask questions regarding to the agenda’s that had been discussed. There were many questions
that were answered well by school staffs and to the concern stakeholders.
The meeting was then ended ensuring that all the matters that have been tackled and
agreed was fully understand by the concerned subjects of this meeting ang was hoping for positive
outcome.
