This paper would focus on the

In depth study of Corporate Banking and analyze its importance and regulations related to it in the Indian context. Various products and services offered under Corporate Banking. SBI and Corpoarte Banking Products and Services offered at SBI under Copporate Banking and their analysis. Risks associated with Corporate Banking with reference to SBI. Competitor Analysis and what differentiates SBI from its competitors with reference to Corporate Banking.
Data Collection: The data and information will be collected from both primary as well as secondary sources.
Data collected from Primary Sources: The qualitative inputs would be collected from the employees of the Bank through questionnaire. Data collected from Secondary Sources: 1. Textbooks on Banking. 2. A review of Literature available would also be done. 3. Electronic Sources: The electronic sources would also serve as the source for the secondary data. In addition to that, online research databases like EBSCO and RBIs (the regulatory body in India) website would also be referred.
Research Instrument Used: Questionnaire Methodology: The methodology that would be followed is mentioned in following steps.
1. Exploratory Phase/ Literature Review: The project would start with an Exploratory Phase (Research Design) wherein literature review and seconday data analysis would be carried out. 2. Data Collection: Data collection would be done thereafter from primary as well as secondary sources (sources are mentioned under the head- Data Collection) through questionnaires. 3. Analysis: After the collection of data, an indepth analysis would be carried out to address the issues related to the above mentioned objectives of the study. 4. Conclusion: Conclusion, if possible, would be drawn meeting the objectives of the study.
