Stephen V. Olimpo
Grace: Good afternoon, JPMAPers. Good afternoon partner, Stephen! It's been a
while and we are grateful to be back again with another informative and fun-filled
event. Greetings too, to all the (# of viewers) early birds that are already here with
us, sana tapos na rin kayong kumain and ready na for our event.
Grace: The communication team have sent the registration form to your respective
GCs and the link for the same as well has already been posted here in our Google
meet comment section for you to easily access it. For those classmates or friends of
yours that are not yet here, kindly tap them for we are about to start in a matter of
minutes.
Stephen: Acknowledge presence - Sir Ronnel (if nasa gmeet na sya), the jpmap
officers, and the members as well
Stephen: This week was not a great week as we usually have because we had our
midterms examinations but in spite of that, let's be happy dahil we survived the hell
week di ba partner?
Grace: Very true partner, imagine the bundle of reviewers you need to review plus
the excessive paperworks na need mo pang gawin. Sobrang nakaka stress tapos
kulang pa sa tulog and all kaya parang gusto ko nalang maging jumbo hotdog para
kaya ko na ‘to (onting tawa). But here’s the good news as we care for you and your
mental health Jpmapers, our event for today is very relevant and very beneficial to
all of us since galing tayo sa stressful week. We need to unwind for a while kasi nga
our mental health is what matters the most, oh pak!
Stephen: Very well said partner, pero since madami dami na tayo partner sino kaya
ang pinaka active today? / Freshies ba? Sophomores ? Baka naman Juniors and
well hindi magpapakabog ang seniors / Drop your thoughts sa comment section!
Dalii! And kung gusto nyo ishout out mga kaibigan nyo or crush nyo icomment nyo
na baka makahabol pa kayo sa pasko.
Grace: Anyway, kumusta kayo JPMAPers? May mga backlogs pa ba? Nakasurvive
ba sa mga pasabog na recitations especially sa mga law-related subjects? (Tingin
and basa sa mga comments nila and all) Kumusta naman ang mga scores na
nakuha niyo? Nakapagmove on na ba lahat? Ikaw Steph, nasa acceptance stage ka
na ba?
Stephen: Yes naman partner, move on agad. Sabi nga nila “atleast it’s done”.
Huwag na paraisipin ang tapos na kase makakadagdag lang yan sa stress and
magiging reason pa ng mental heath problems. Plus, I do believe na masyado lang
pahumble ang ating JPMAP Members, 0 daw! baka 0 mistake.
Grace: True partner, feel ko hindi lang nila pinasa ang exam, perfect score pa. After
all, you will not be a bueno, a cbemian and a jpmaper for nothing. So, excited na ba
ang lahat? Freshies? Sophomores? Mag-ingay sa comment section!!
Stephen: Let us not forget to also recognize the higher years as well in our
comment section. To our juniors and seniors, we thank you in advance for joining us
despite your busy schedules, lalo na ang ating mga seniors diyan, congratulations
mga ate and kuya for finally defending your feasibility study, huhu #finallydefended
sanaol! Soon partner tayo narin ang masstress dyan, goodluck nalang satin

going to enjoy as well as learn something new in this lovely afternoon. Feed your
hungry minds with new learnings and ignite your souls with new concepts that this
webinar is going to give.
Stephen: To say that the COVID 19 is a health or economic crisis would appear to
be an understatement. It’s because the pandemic is not just a health or economic
crisis, it affected our education and social life as well and most especially our mental
health. We shifted into virtual arrangement to contain the spread of virus and now
we transitioned to blended learning. Despite this, we should always look for a way to
relieve ourselves, feel better and be healthy.
Grace: So, at this moment allow yourselves to take a break, sip a coffee, enjoy and
set aside all your worries as The Junior People Management Association of the
Philippines Bicol University Chapter proudly presents to you all our event entitled
Mind What Matters: Calming the Storms Inside with the Theme: AGAPAY: Driving
innovations and schemes toward social anxiety and stress management. Let us
keep again the fire burning / and ignite the flames of JPMAP. Equipped with Integrity,
Respect, Inter-Dependence, Social Responsibility / and Excellence, we are ready!
We rise, you rise, IRISE together with JPMAP.
Stephen: And now, to formally begin today's event, let us fill our hearts with silence
as we feel the presence of our Almighty God as we listen to a song of praise to Him,
which will be preceded by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and the
Bicol University Hymn.
Grace: And now to give us an opening remarks, may we introduce Ms. Caithlin Faye
Mateo of HRM 3, the co-event head and secretary of JPMAP. A virtual applause
please!
Stephen: Thank you so much for that refreshing message, Caithlin!. And at this
moment, our hardworking, kind and beautiful JPMAP BU Chapter Vice President will
then give us an inspirational message. Please lend your ears to Ms. Precious Babe
T. Ariscon as she delivers her welcome message.
Grace: Wow, indeed a very inspiring one. Thank you so much, Madam VP for your
never-ending support for JPMAP. But first, kumustahin muna natin ang ating mga
viewers! Are you still with us? Nakapag lunch na ba ang lahat? Well, sana nandiyan
pa kayo because we are just starting.
Stephen: Yes partner, sana nandiyan pa ang ating mga members dahil papunta
palang tayo sa exciting part. Speaking of exciting part, isa ‘to sa talaga namang
exciting so at this juncture may we have the presentation of the inspirational video.
Stephen: Wow!!! Iba partner, pang academy awards naman ‘yon. Iba talaga basta
jpmapers. From that video, makikita natin the importance of taking a break and
having the time to contemplate for ourselves, right partner.
Grace: True partner, aside from that also the importance of having enough support
system coming from our family and friends. And now here we are to the highlight
and the most exciting part of today’s event. And, I think everyone's excited as we
are, partner so let us not kill the feeling and start our First plenary session for today
with the topic of “Social Anxiety” with the help of Ms. Mhedalyn Centino, Co-event
head and Co-chairman for membership to introduce our guest speaker. Mhed, the
floor is yours.

play a game first.

loosen up for a while and participate in this fun and exciting icebreaker game.

executives and officers.
Grace: At this juncture, our webinar draw nears the end, we would like to remind
everyone to please fill out our evaluation form that will be posted here in our in call

to improve and our future events to be better.
Stephen: This event would not be possible without the help of everyone, especially
the event and the co-event heads. So, to give us his closing remarks, let’s hear from
Mr. Jesson Herrero, the Event Head and the Chairman for Ways and Means. A
virtual applause please.
Grace: Thank you so much, Jesson! It’s a wrap Jpmapers!! And that ends our event.
I hope you guys are full of learnings and at the same time, you did enjoy yourselves.
Hopefully, this event could help you in all ways possible.
