CASE STUDY (20%)

Purpose: This assignment requires the students to understand the concept of system’s elements.

Instruction:
This assignment is a group assignment of three members.

Search and choose ONE (1) organization and determine any Transaction Processing System
or Management Information Systems (MIS) used by the organization. Each group needs to
inform the lecturer about the TPS or MIS systems that have been selected. No overlapping
of the project title among the group.
 Describe the organization and their information system that you have selected.
 Identify and explain each of the SEVEN (7) key system elements of the selected
information system (environment, boundary, interface, input, component, output and
storage).
 Include supporting documents / pictures in your report.

Eg; Organization - UiTM, Information system – UFuture

Due date: WEEK 5 (By Friday before 11:59 AM).

Bascially, the assignment should have the following things:

 Content MUST be compiled in the report (according to arrangement):
