1. Submitted herewith is the After Activity Report on the Outreach


Program of Sigma Municipal Police Station, Sigma, Capiz.

At about 9:00AM of July 15, 2022, Sigma MPS headed by PLT REYNALDO L LATA,
Officer In-Charge conducts an Outreach Program in connection with the 27th Police
Community Relations Month Celebration with the theme "Ugnayang Pulisya at Komunidad
Tungo sa Mapayapa, Maayos at Maunlad na Pamayanan" held at Brgy. Matangcong,
Sigma, Capiz. The activity started with the special participation of Mr. Ernesto Gicalde
(MENRO, Sigma), Barangay Officials headed by Hon. Arthur Legaspi (Punong Barangay),
Advocacy Support Groups and Barangay Volunteers followed by a lecture on anti-terrorism
and traffic ordinance conducted by PSMS Joey Garnica, environmental protection,
conservation, and restoration delivered by Sir Ernesto Gicalde, and ordinance on the strict
and mandatory wearing of face masks by PCpl Cristie Mae M Semino. Afterwhich, the gift
giving, feeding activity, and distribution of face masks and IEC materials on crime prevention
were conducted. Sigma PNP also promotes the TSIP Makakalikasan Project of the PNP and
MENRO thru the tree planting activity. The activity aims to develop closer interaction
between the police and the community and provides an opportune time to strengthen
community participation in crime prevention. It also forges stronger partnership and
community support in peacekeeping and public safety programs of the PNP.
