The scope of this project will encompass:

Additionally, the EDA tool must be Altium Designer 17 or higher (17 is preferable)

With this document, a DWG file will be provided that outlines required mechanical dimensions,

The MCU is powered through an 3V3 LDO. The recommended powering scheme is outlined in
AN4488. There is no need for VBAT. The MCU needs to be connected to 12 MHz crystal on Pins 12 &
13.

6. Motor Drivers (A1 & A2)

The board will have two daughter boards (A1 & A2). The boards are provided as Altium library with
this document. The connections for these boards are as followings:
7. Ethernet & POE

The board will feature Ethernet and PoE. The main parts/chips used are the following:

 LAN8742A-CZ-TR (PHY)
 S558-5500-25-F (MAGNETICS)
 TPS2376DDA-H (POE)
 MB110S-TP x 2 (Bridge diodes)
 SMAJ58A-13-F (POE Input Diode)
 NRVTSA4100ET3G x 2 (POE/AUX Power Selection Diodes)

The following schematics can be used as reference:


All signal traces are impedance controlled 50Ohm for RMII &100Ohms for Differential Signals
8. On-board Flash

The board will have Flash Memory W25Q80EWSNIG and it is connected to SPI1.

9. Regulators (5V & 3V3)

The board will have two regulators, 5V (DC-DC) and 3V3 (LDO)

The 5V DC-DC regulators has the following BOM & schematics:

The +3V3 LDO can be the AZ1117EH-3.3TRG1 with the recommended reference circuit as per
datasheet.

The outputs of this circuit goes to LED+ (5V) & LED- (MOSFET Drain) on P2 connectors
