General Specifications:
(i) Foundation concrete is RCC.
(ii) Foundation and plinth shall be of 1 st class brickwork in lime
mortar.
(iii) Damp Proof Course- 2.5 mm c.c. 1:1.5:3 with water proofing
.compound.
(iv) Superstructure- 1st class brick work in cement mortar.
Consider column is located at ends having size of 230*300 mm 2 and
footing is 2m x 3m.
