A. Before Energize supply ac/dc voltage (Preliminaries) on Mechanism Box;

1. Visual inspections for external damages.

2. Visual inspections of operating mechanism elements.

3. Functional mechanical check of operating mechanism (with hand crank) Close/Open.

4. Function check of limit swicth, interlock swicth (hand crank), position indication.

5. Check of interlocking with hand crank.

6. Check of key interlocking.

7. Visual check electrical plug connections (plugs) secured with screws.

B. ELECTRICAL TEST

1. Functional check of operating mechanism electrical CLOSE/OPEN.

2. Functional check of anti-condensation heater.

3. Check of auxiliary switch, optical check of electrical connections.

4. Functional check acc. to circuit diagram (planning standard).

5. Measurement of motor current at rated voltage.
