Follow up report on Ban Your Bad Habits
According to what I said in a previous assignment, habit may be thought of as a second god
comparable to God or Nature. Over the course of the past several months, I have done all in
my power to eradicate each and every one of the undesirable behaviors that I detailed in the
most recent homework assignment. Because of the wonderful results I've been able to
achieve, I can really state that I've developed as a person as a direct result of those successes.
My inability to fall asleep at a reasonable hour resulted in a number of health problems
throughout the years that I struggled with this condition. My inability to fall or stay asl eep
was likely due to the fact that I am addicted to using electronic gadgets and watching movies.
On the other hand, throughout the past several months I have been working hard to put into
practice the strategies that I discussed in an earlier essay of mine. In the beginning, I was
able to reduce the amount of time I spent using various electronic devices, which proved to
be very beneficial when it came time to wind down for the night. Second, I established a
daily routine that assisted me in organizing my day and completing everything within the
allotted time frame. In addition, I made it a point to pray every day and to participate in
physically demanding activities on a regular basis, such as going to the gym, cycling, and
playing sports, in an effort to improve the quality of my sleep and to keep a healthy weight.

Follow up report on Defy Digital Disease

Because digital sickness is so common among today's children and teenagers, it has become
one of the most serious health care challenges on a global scale. Even though it is difficult to
totally keep the general people from being exposed to the disease, suitable precautions should
be taken in order to minimize its spread. In previous essays, I've mentioned that my dependence
on digital devices causes me to have difficulties falling asleep and keeping me up. I spent a lot
of time honing my craft because I believe that "practice makes perfect." To this end, I adhered
to religious norms, kept a consistent schedule, and did other things to help me improve. Since
then, I have made significant progress toward bettering myself, and as a result, the percentage
of time I spend on digital gadgets has decreased from over 80 to 50 percent. I am currently
leading a very successful life, and I only make use of modern technologies when it is absolutely
necessary to do so. Alhamdulillah! By utilizing the strategies that have proven to be the most
effective for me, I have been able to successfully avoid becoming infected with the digital
sickness throughout the course of the past few months.
