I. REPORT OVERVIEW

According to the Philippines National Police of Malabon City the observance of All Saints’ and All Souls’ Day
at Malabon City from October 31, 2022 to November 2, 2022 was generally peaceful. PNP with the supports of Local
Government Unit, Philippine Volunteers, Non-Government Organizations, Barangay Tanods of different Barangays and
other civilian volunteers conducted round the clock police operations to secure and protect the people of Malabon City.
Road Safety Marshall was established along Mc Arthur Hi-Way, Brgy. Potrero and C-4 Rd., Brgy. Longos, Malabon City in
order to assist the motorist and to conduct traffic management along routes leading and leaving cemeteries, columbarium
and other places of convergence.

II. RESPONSE ACTION TAKEN

1. Issued Advisory to our 21 Barangay.

2. Issued “Alert and Monitoring” status to all Malabon City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council
member agencies and BDRRMC.
3. Start of monitoring for situation of the cemeteries.
4. MCDRRMC on standby/ on call status
5. BDRRMC on standby/ on call status.
6. Activate Incident Management Team.
7. Deployed Incident Command Post at 10th Floor City hall building.
8. Operation Briefing with PNP, BFP, HEALTH, CSWDD, GSD, PIO, PSTMO, CENRO and Volunteer.
9. Deployed Medical Team, Security Team, Traffic Management Team, Social Service, Clean-up Team, information
desk Team and Monitoring Team.
10. Conduct Field Observation to the major cemeteries.
11. Downgrade alert to “Normal Status”
12. Decampment of Response Cluster
