1. My bill is low enough I'm not interested right now.

If you don't mind me asking, how much are you currently paying for electricity per month?
Wow that is low, how would you like to lock in that low rate of ___(repeat number they told you)
forever? Electricity rates go up to an average 6-7% per year, your bill could be . $'s
next year, and in two years it will be right around $'s.

2. I'm not interested!


"We're not here to collect any interest "Mr. Homeowner/Sir/Mam", we’re just here to verify if you can
qualify for the renewable discount program, do you pay more than 150$'s a month with
(Electricity Provider Name)?"

3.We’re Not Ready for Solar

I understand, they're usually 3 reasons why people aren't ready to go solar and that's having a Bad Roof,
Not confident in their credit, or it's not their house to put solar on, being that we know you're the owner
is having a bad roof holding you back?

Answer B-Bad Roof

Rebuttal-Sure thing, makes a lot of sense, what's wrong with it?

Rebuttal-no matter what they say- have you met with anyone to help address that problem?

If they say “Yes” proceed to the call otherwise hang-up the cx

4. I am tired of solar guys calling me:

Rebuttal- Trust me I understand we don't like disturbing the peace either( laugh/be easy about it) US
wants the whole states to go solar here in the near future we all know this, so it is the best time to save
more on your electricity Okay?

5. I am thinking about selling my home

Rebuttal-
That's actually my favorite thing about solar, being we're in (Cx state) and solar is mandated on new
homes, solar increases property value by almost 2% and people who sell with solar on the home, are
able to sell 90 days FASTER than homes without solar.

6. I am in a meeting/Busy:
Rebuttal-
I can understand your saying sir/mam but do you have 3 minutes believe me it won’t take much of your
time. (If “Yes” Continue/If “NO” set a callback)
7. Are you a Government official of U.S?

stored in Li-ion batteries for later/night use.

9. How did you get this number?

We got your number by over online surveys and campaigns on social media.
