    I - RATIONALE:

    Deped Order No. 16, s. 2017 otherwise known as the “Research Management
    Guidelines” aims to sustain the research culture in the Department of Education.
    Hence, the Lutayan National High School shall conduct the 2022 School
    Research Congress to showcase the support of the school for the goal of attaining
    the sustainability of the research culture department.

    II – OBJECTIVES:

    1. To strengthen the alignment of research initiatives with the Basic Education


    Research Agenda (BERA);
