- The emcee welcomes guests to the OPCRF Evaluation and Validation of Barcelona North and South District. Assistant superintendents, principals, and school heads from both districts are in attendance. - The emcee introduces the program which includes an opening prayer, the national anthem sung by the school choir, welcome remarks from the principal, messages from the leaders of the two districts, and the main evaluation and validation of the OPCRF led by the assistant superintendent. - The emcee thanks all participants and guides them to the principal's office for the evaluation and validation portion of the program before concluding.

Ladies and Gentlemen, our OPCRF (Office Performance Commitment and Review Form) Evaluation and
Validation of Barcelona North and South District will start in about a minute, so please find yourself a seat to
settle down.
Beginning

Good morning your excellencies. To our Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Madam Bernie C.
Despabiladero,EdD, our OIC-PSDS, Barcelona North District, Madam Gloria E. Reymundo, EdD, our OIC-
PSDS, Barcelona South District, Madam Liza D. Salonga, PhD, our dear Principal II, Barcelona National
Comprehensive High School, Sir Ramon P. Estur, our Assistant School Principal Dr. Editha Estuye, School
Heads, good morning.
My name is Diana F. Galias and on behalf of the Barcelona National Comprehensive High School, I would like
to welcome all of you to the OPCRF (Office Performance Commitment and Review Form) Evaluation and
Validation of Barcelona North and South District. It is our privilege to have you here with us today.

Philippine National Anthem to be led by our BNCHS Chorale that is conducted by Sir Carlo Estrabela, Teacher

Welcome Remarks
To kick-off this morning’s program, we are pleased to have our ever-enthusiastic Principal II, Sir Ramon P.
Estur, to give us welcome remarks. Let us welcome him with a round of applause.
Thank you, Sir Ramon P. Estur, for the warmest welcome.

Before we start with the Evaluation and Validation of OPCRf, let me leave you this quote from Rob Gilbert

Let us have our prized Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Madam Bernie C. Despabiladero,EdD to
Evaluate and Validate the OPCRF (Office Performance Commitment and Review Form) Evaluation and
