54TH RECOGNITION DAY!
Both: Good afternoon everyone!

D: I am Teacher Diana F. Galias
M: I am Sir Michael A. Alvarez
Both: And we will be the Masters of Ceremony for today’s Recognition Day.
D: Before we begin our ceremony, please be reminded of the following:
M: Turn your phones into silent mode as it may interfere with our sound system.
D:  Be courteous to those around you by refraining from making unnecessary noises.
M:  During the processional, our usherettes will guide you to your designated seats.
D:  Students, parents and visitors/guests must stay on their designated seats during the program.
M:  During the awarding ceremony, we are encouraging you to express your pride by applauding.
D:  Always maintain the cleanliness of the school gymnasium. Thank you!
M: A blessed afternoon to everyone! This afternoon’s event marks as one of the most-awaited
commemorative event not only for our dear students but also to our proud and supportive parents.
D: Ladies and Gentlemen, honorees, parents, faculty and valuable guests,
BOTH: Welcome to the 54th Recognition Day of Barcelona National Comprehensive High School with the
theme: “K-12 Graduates Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity.”
M: And now, let us all rise for the PROCESSIONAL.
PROCESSIONAL
D: Let us all welcome the honorees of this school year 2021-2022 together with their parents.
M: First in line are the Grade 7 awardees, followed by the Grade 8 awardees.
M: Once again, let us welcome the…
D: Now, let us welcome the Grade 9 awardees and the Grade 10 awardees.
D: Marching next is the Grade 11 awardees.
D: Let us now welcome the Faculty and Staff of BNCHS and our valued guests.
PROGRAM PROPER
M: God Almighty, we offer you this pertinent occasion. Truly, we rejoice because you have made this event
possible through your GRACE, GUIDANCE and LOVE.
D: Everyone, please remain standing for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be conducted by
Sir Nino E. Dellomas, and please remain standing for the Prayer to be led by Ms. Bernardita F. Nicolas.
You may now be seated.
INTRODUCTION
D: A year of gaining knowledge and learning new things. A year worth of friendships, challenges, and
opportunities. And we are all gathered here today to celebrate those achievements. The trials and hardships
that our students had triumphed is really worth celebrating, since another chapter of their academic lives has
come to a close. Today signifies the culmination in another year of hard work in the relentless pursuit of
knowledge that will enable our students to embrace opportunities and take on challenges that life may bring
with courage, confidence and wisdom.
M: This would not be possible without the guidance and support of the parents, the hard work and patience
of our teachers, and the persistence and determination that lies within the student’s hearts. Please give
yourselves a round of applause! Today marks another milestone in our life as we gather and celebrate
success on this Recognition Day.
WORDS OF WISDOM
D: Ladies and Gentlemen, it is a privilege to introduce one of our enthusiastic Head Teacher III, Mrs.
Hannah F. Evasco for her words of wisdom.
Thank you so much Ma’am, for the empowering words you have shared.
INTERMISSION NUMBER
M: At this juncture, you are going to witness an intermission number from one of our students… Let’s give
them a round of applause.

AWARDING OF MEDALS, CERTIFICATES TO HONOR STUDENTS
D: Now, we would like to recognize the students from Junior High School (Grade 7-9), who have excelled
in Academics. We are requesting our school principal and school administrator to be on the stage.
Congratulations!

M: Let’s witness another intermission number to be given by… Let’s give them a round of applause.

D: Let’s now proceed on recognizing the academic awardees from Senior High School (Grade 11).
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
M: We have reached the end of our program. It is indeed an honor to be a part of this special event. To give
an acknowledgement may we call on Mrs. Marites P. Evasco, our ever-supportive Head Teacher III.
D: Congratulations to all the students who have excelled in academics and their chosen strands, to the
parents for your guidance and support to your children, and also for the teachers for their wise words and
provision. This event would never be possible without your help. And now, ladies and gentlemen, the
Recessional.
RECESSIONAL
D: Again, congratulations everyone! We would like to ask for our audience to remain in their seats until the
